LVPG Endocrinology-1243 Cedar Crest reviews
5Would give 0 stars if I could. I have been trying for almost two weeks to get my prescription refilled. I need my medication to live and this is ridiculous. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen
Had a great new patient experience with Dr. Sun today. She answered all the questions I had and was very knowledgeable.
Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star. This Office is terrible. Drs are worthless. Had a blood test done been calling for 5 days to get test results, no return phone call. Always an excuse from receptionist. Most unprofessional Office I’ve ever been too. Just like most LVH facilities. Do yourself a favor don’t go to this office.
Dr. Vengrove has THE WORST bedside manors I’ve experienced in any doctor.
Do not waste your time waiting for 3 months for an appointment.
I highly recommend seeing Dr. Marc Vengrove! I had a horrible experience at Tower Health Endocrinology and was very skeptical trying LVHN. However, he took time and heard me out. He got me an insulin pump right away and encouraged me to just enjoy food and live healthy (contrast to Tower Health forcing an outdated management plan and lecturing me like a child every time I came in.) The staff has been very kind and helpful as well! I occasionally call to make prescription requests and they are always quick to help. They only have appointments every 3-6 months (compared to the appointments every 2-4 weeks at tower health.) They go above and beyond with helping make sure my supplies are the cheapest we can get it.
I had horrible experiences through Tower Health. I am always willing to drive the 50min to come to LVHN instead!
