Usually every staff member I come in contact with, from phone calls - to in-person appointments, I always find to be very friendly and accommodating. I, (and my two girls), especially feel Dr. Kristen Jones and Dr. Antonio M. Costa, have make/made our visits worthwhile- as they are outstanding when it comes to truly listening to patients’ concerns and evaluations. *Extremely thorough, professional and genuinely caring. ;)
If you want to be treated fairly and not stereotyped you need to stay away from this practice
Pretty dissatisfied that I can never get a sick appointment. It almost feels like you are treated like nothing but a number. Every single time I call I am referred to the ER. I get more treatment at St Luke’s urgent care that my own doctor. I am definitely switching to St. Luke’s.
