4Dr O'rourke is the best doctor I've had so far. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm very pleased to have him as my PCP. The staff is also very attentive, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this practice.
I would just like to take some time and say that I joined this practice a few months ago and I am extremely happy. Today I was injured right next to the office. I was in trouble. Without an appointment the entire staff saw me and did everything they could to make sure that I would be okay. In a second. A doctor that I had never met that I cannot say enough good things about stopped what he was doing and make sure that I got out of there on my own two feet. It was highly impressive. And even more highly appreciated. Thank you to everyone there I cannot recommend this staff enough
Very disappointed in this medical practice. It was wonderful before LVHN took over. Tried several times on different occasions to get appointments for both myself and my daughter, but they were not able to schedule. They were accepting new patients and had plenty of appointments available for newbie’s, but no sick visits available for us long time patients. Switched to St. Luke’s and will Never switch back.
Dr. Periera is always a pleasure, but the person I just spoke to over the phone had a poor attitude and normally I can sympathize, but it’s just not warranted. I can always muster up a nice attitude at work, even if it’s not been a good day.
