4This place is ABSURD. Every time I call and need to see my doctor; she is unavailable or switched at the last moment or like today: CANCELED. I’m in pain and calling my doctor and can never see my doctor. There’s no passion for their work, there’s no compassion for you at all. And no sense of urgency. They do not advocate for your health here. I am a brown skinned Puerto Rican I’m not sure if it’s relevant to my mistreatment here at this place. I even switched doctors twice, and every time I get the same treatment: quick to zoom call but when you want to go in they come up with excuses to cancel or be unavailable and then don’t even follow up knowing that you reported pain and a desire to explore that pain. They will not advocate for your health here. 0 stars. This place should be shut down it’s absurd.
Been my Drs office for over 20 yrs. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and always make you feel in good hands.
I recommend this office to everyone I know. Friendly nurses and receptionists as well as short waiting times. They also are on their game when it comes to combatting COVID-19. Friendly, clean, safe!
Normally good depending on doctor. Lori is great. Some of the others havent been so helpful. I called saying I'd be late (first time ever being late in my life) and they said okay. I drive there wasting gas only to be told its too late when I arrived and I'd need to rescheduled.
