I got my nails done with my daughter. Great atmosphere and our nails are beautiful! Definitely will be going back and recommending to my friends.

Very costly. 65.00 for a dip powder and it chipped within a week. First time I went the tech dipped my nails 4 times. The second time they only dipped them twice. As much as I liked the atmosphere the wait and subpar work is not worth it.

Poor quality and overly expensive. Nails chipped within a day, do not recommend. Even with an appointment you will wait. 70$ for a routine fill is highway robbery.

Very over priced and poor work. My nails chip within the first week and they rush through it to fast. The wait is forever even for appointments. Do not recommend.

This place hands down is the best nail salon I’ve ever been! They are so nice, clean, polite and the price is very reasonable! They are amazing!

Absolutely the best nail salon. I followed Tom from Bethlehem to his new business in Whitehall.takes me a little longer to drive but if you want perfection. Its worth the drive. Would never go anywhere else. Tom and his wife have a beautiful clean salon and are more then accomodating.

Always clean they always welcome you when you walk in the door. Always better to make a appointment before you go it does get busy there. I had a great experience!

Celebrity style of service. You must make an appointment which is good because you'll get special attention.

I love Ly nail spa. I feel welcome every time I walk in the building. The staff knows me by name.

If I could choose zero star, I would.
Ly is the worst. She did my nails on Wednesday and after two days, on Saturday, one of my nails broke just while I was changing my clothes. I went there right away to fix it but they were closed then I went the next day but Ly told me that I have to pay for it. I prefered to go somewhere else to fix it instead of paying for her for fixing her bad job which she had to be responsible of it.
I paid $ 80 dollars for manicure and pedicure and I gave her extra $10 dollars tip for her bad service that lasted only 3 days.
I would never recommend anyone to go there.

I went with my cousin to get my nails done and we both got full sets. We had a booked appointment at 11: 00am and arrived 5 minutes before our appointment, when we walked in the owner greeted us and we told him we had a appointment and he told to sit down and wait. We waited till 11: 30am, which is 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Finally when they were able to take us in the lady I had was very nice but the nails weren’t good. She made them way too short and kept on clipping them even when I told her to stop. The nails themselves are chunky and the surface is uneven. It took her less than 20minutes to do the full set, and I paid $70 for a full set and I don’t think that was an appropriate price.

Cheap nail polish. I have gotten gel manicures for years never had nails break. Going to them 3 broke. Also, very rude and the girl cut me twice while doing cuticles

Absolute favorite nail salon! Everyone is beyond nice here & they’ve always done such a wonderful job. I recommend them to everyone.

Don’t you ever come to this place. It’s the worst nail salon ever. I had an appointment and they made me wait for more than an hour. I left without any service. NEVER AGAIN!

There are a lot of negative reviews here and I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience but based on what I have personally seen during my appointments, there certainly seems to be an overriding theme in customer expectations. I have seen people throw a fit like a toddler because they aren’t sat within 10 minutes. I have seen people show them some crazy, complicated design, and then expect that person to spend the next four hours on their nails without there being any significant price increase. The individuals working here are providing a service, but they are not servants.no one has the right to walk into a business and start making demands, followed by causing a scene when they do not get what they want. In all situations, the employees here have tried to accommodate the customer as best they can… I sympathize, not sure I would be able to keep my cool in some of the situation I have seen them deal with. When it comes to my nails, I keep it simple, don’t want to be too much of a burden. And they do a great job so I will continue to get my nails done here.

From the time we sat for pedicures in the chair to the time we were under the dryer was 8 minutes. It seemed like the 2 men were racing to see how fast they could get us out of there. Worst pedicure ever. Waste of money.

This place was clean and very bright. I thought I found a good place. But found out the service was horrible. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner and that was really nice. I did have an appointment and still had to wait. I asked the owner, gentleman for a simple gel manicure. I was tired from a long day at work and I didn’t watch every movement he made on my nails. He is the professional not me. I’m trusting him to do his job. When I looked at my nails while he was polishing the thumb it was really bad.there was a huge lump on the nail. Almost like there was to much polish or he didn’t do a good job filing the previous product off my nail. My nails aren’t shaped that way. So, I asked him to repaint it and he refused. Flat out refused. He asked me to leave and told me to go some where else and have another person fix it. I felt if he is doing a job and it’s not done it needs to be corrected from him. He preceded to request I leave his shop. I Would never recommend this place to anyone to have work done at this location ever. His service was horrible and not a good business man. I felt that my request to repaint a single nail was not over the top. I had nothing extra on my nails just the gel polish only. I will never again come here and I would hope no one else would support this location either. This town has to many nail shops for the owner to respond this way to a customers simple request.

Excellent nail work and appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are ok, but you might wait 45 min - 1hr.
