Questionable billing practices. The billing dept doesn't remember talking with me months ago about the same billing issues for my 80 yr old Mom, they had me contact the ins co, the ins co did not have the same info as they did, Lynch called me and stated the billing issue was on their end, months later we are dealing with the same previous issue, evidently it was not corrected. This is the reason the elderly need an advocate.

Have been waiting eight months for help with a purchase that should've been covered under Medicare. Incompetence- lack of professionalism -passing the buck -and questionable billing methods to Medicare.

Amazing and helpful staff including Tim and Christie. Answered all of our questions and steered us in the right direction for a walker. So kind and understanding, a God send!

Durable Medical Equipment provider is wheelchair Accesible, very friendly courteous sales and service located in Lawrence Park.from walkers and wheelchairs to lift chairs and support hose they have you covered. Due to the risk associated with medical related facilities masks are still required to enter.

They were very helpful and kind, spending extra time with us. Delivery young men were very respectful.
