4.19.23 Live in Fla. Visiting. Had rear end of 2015 kia sorrento. Tim was advisor. Nice to speak with. THE OWNER TOOK ME HOME. 3days to do the job. On pick up found small smudge mark? Took it back and Hector refinished the mark. TERRIFIC JOB. Lori was ALSO EXTREMELY NICE AND FRIENDLY. HAPPY WITH THE JOB!

I recently had work done I was unhappy with a few items after some time and they honored there word and took care of the issue for me and it looks good.

No one can be persistent perfect and at the end of the day they did what was right and that's important for me. I will be back again

They did a great job with painting our 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Convertible. The car needed a dent and rust spots fixed as well! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I was looking for an amazing paint job in the area, I looked up reviews and Lori was one of the first. I looked up the work and didn’t seem to disappoint so I tried them out. Got my red car painted fully purple. And it’s beyond amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Lori and Angel are amazing. Lori was very helpful and was there whenever I needed her. The paint job is great and I’m obsessed with it all. Amazing people, great price and great work.

Many of the lousy reviews for this place were about the unpleasant and unprofessional Lori at the front desk. I can confirm. I called to get a 3rd quote and said I hoped it wouldn't be difficult and it was no rush, meaning I hoped I wasn't asking for too much and to do it at a convenient time; just trying to be nice. This woman took this as me saying she couldn't do a quote. She started getting angry, telling me angrily it wouldn't be difficult at all and she would do it right away and I would have it that day. I hung up the phone thinking what was that woman's problem? Well apparently it was too difficult, I never got that 3rd quote she passive aggressively promised. If she's the face of this Maaco, stay clear. Imagine dealing with her if they screwed something up on your car. I almost made a huge mistake by having my vehicle painted here. Lori did stop that mistake, so maybe she was just doing me a favor.

Brought my truck in to have the roof and hood repainted and clear coated. It’s only been a few days but so far, so good it looks great.

Maaco Penndel provided a professional, super friendly and pain free experience. They repaired damage to my truck's front end after a deer decided to ruin one of my morning commutes. The repair looks flawless and was completed ahead of schedule. Lori (Sales Manager) was in contact with me constantly, providing me with repair updates as well as handling all of the correspondences with my insurance company. Thanks to everyone at Penndel Maaco!

I am very satisfied with the paint work on my 2009 Crown Victoria. They definitely take care of their customers, and everything exceeds my expectations. I’ll start by saying the staff at Maaco Penndel exceeds all expectations! I took a truck to them that was in my family for 19 years, and from the bodywork to the paint, they did an awesome job. The running joke with many people is “Maaco paint job” we’ll forget what you think you know about them because this shop is different! Give them your car or truck and know they will give you a great paint job! Awesome just awesome!

Returned once again, this time due to an accident and Macco once again did a great job. Always trust these guys to do a great job!
