Very nice clothes and jackets but VERY poor customer service. The store worker was not interested in her job or helping me with anything. She closed the window curtains and said she was closing in 10 minutes, which the website states they close at 6: 30. Thats 1 hour and a half earlier than shown. The instragm showed 1 price and I was charged another. A waist of a 2+ hour drive. Let's do better!

I really did not get to experience this place. I arrived at 5: 20pm and they were closed. The hours of operation were closing at 6: 00pm. Maybe it was an emergency

I oredred multiple items OVER A YEAR ago. No tracking no confirmation email no nothing! I've been writing, emailing as well as calling the store. No one has gotten back to me smh. Try to support black business and the SCAM YOU! Shame on you!

Loving my new coat I purchased online. Thought it'd be more of a selection in store.but not so much. There was only one lady available in store and she wasnt attentive enough because too many people were walking in. Thought it was first come first served. She wasnt as friendly either. Very COLD and QUICK when I like to shop in WARM places that aren't rushing me for their help. Overall- loving the coat. Hopefully the coat keeps coming out with new colors.

Shortly after got the red coat too.and ordered my girlfriend a chocolate brown one. I've never had any issues ordering online or waiting for any items to come. I see the comments that a lot of ppl have.not sure why though.

Update: Went back to get the silver metallic denim vest for my birthday. Matching my new Cardi sneaks. Same lady was there.no smile.no welcome to Mabel Marie.just very cold AGAIN.but since I knew what I wanted I was in and out literally! Staff needs to be more FRIENDLY! LIKE who ruined your day! If you don't want to work there get ANOTHER JOB MA'AM!

The person answering the phone like it’s just a regular persons phone and not a business is rude they take your money don’t send your items out or answer emails rude ignorant and trifling

Delivery time is too long. 1-3 weeks. No way and you don’t have any options for faster delivery. I stand corrected I placed my order and it came within 3business days. I’m assuming that the 1-3 weeks is the longest it could take. When I received my item it didn’t quite fit. I notified Mabel and Marie fashions. They told me to return the item and they will exchange the item. I sent my order back on a Thursday they received it on Monday and my exchange order was sent out first thing Tuesday with no hassle. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of their customer service. Also the quality of the material for the sweatsuits are EXCELLENT! I love it and it’s very comfortable. Well worth the price! I will definitely be shopping with Mabel Marie Fashions again!

Clothes seem to run small, drove all the way to the store to exchange for bigger size and it wasn't open, the phone goes straight to voicemail, this is not good for business

I never received my order it has almost been a month I texted the number explaining my problem no one has got to me UPS said they shipped my clothes back to sender I haven’t received my money back or an email yet.

Bad business.order 5 shirts on may 14 and still did not receive them it’s June 12.phone keeps ringing no one responding to my email never again

I love all the clothing. I just wanted to know what is the company’s meaning for its name. But overall I love the clothing and try to tell people about the company as well.

I ordered from them back on May 18 because I wanted to support black businesses. My order never came after 3 weeks I contacted them they said the order would be sent out. I then received a tracking number for FedEx I tracked the packaged it said it was supposed to be delivered last Saturday and it wasnt when I go on FedEx site it says that it was delivered when it was not I stayed home from work because it said that I needed to sign for it. I never did because it never cam the FedEx person I guess put my name on whatever and kept the package or delivered to the wrong address name is misspelled and all I have sent them 3 emails since Saturday about this and no one have yet to reply to my email I ront even want the stuff at this point just refund my money this is absolutely ridiculous and you guys really need to work on your customer service needless to say first and last time.

Order a hoodie, waited 3 weeks still never got it.try to call them just rings then goes to voicemail.

You gotta do better with OPENING ON TIME! This is Sad I Travelled all the way from Chester PA A 45 minute ride got to the store around like 130 still not open THIS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS when someone is trying to support you!
