I have used them for all my plumbing problems for the last 6 years. Never had a problem. Their prices have been fair.

Came over right away. Did not leave until it was done. It took 75 feet of snaking the drain before it unclogged. Got the bill like a week later which is nice

Giving 3 stars because the person that came to our home was so nice, knowledgeable and had great recommendations. He came on a Friday, promised us pricing on Monday. Never called. We called in twice during the week after this to request the price, and no one called us back after that, either. One person promised to handle it and call us back immediately. Didn't happen.

I had a similar experience to Brandon. Let me describe in detail.my experience so that you do NOT use this service.

My staff asked for an opinion regarding a water line, just an opinion. It would be a serious job. They gave their opinion, and went on their way. We turfed the work in search of a new solution, and thought no more of it.

Two weeks later, my staff be a bill, for THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS for repairs to my well, which not only did we not ask for, but didn't get a quote for, and certainly didn't authorize.

I was, more than taken back by the audacity of coming on someone's property unauthorized, doing work that wasn't even asked for, and then sending a several thousand dollar bill as an invoice.with no discussion.

I think it goes without saying, I will never be contacting them again. And PLEASE, I implore you, do not let them anywhere near your property, unless you want an enormous bill for services you didn't even ask for.

These are good kind people here, I'm not sure where things went wrong. But this wasn't the first time this happened, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Don't let it happen to you.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. Every time I called to ask the status of my quote, I was told I would have it tomorrow. Tomorrow never came.at one point I was calling them daily asking. If they didn't want to do the job all they needed to do was say so. They strung me along for a month when I could have been looking for another plumber. I would never use them even if they came back and told me they would do the job for free at this point.

Somewhat knowledgeable, but twice the price. Don't even bother with an estimate, work cost 40% more than the already-overpriced estimate. I was going to just chalk it up to a singularly bad experience but a friend of mine had similar issues with the same company. Avoid.

This company sent someone out to my home without an appointment. They came in when a babysitter was there without speaking to me first. The plumber who came did minimal work and didn't fix anything. Two weeks later, I received an invoice for $82.00. When I called to explain the situation with the manager, he tried to pass blame on me for "miscommunication, " and then he subsequently cancelled my next appointment because he said that there was a "lack of trust" with me as a customer. That's fine Mack M. Darr, I'll just need to share my experience with those I know. Perhaps others have had better experiences, but you will never earn my business again.
