First let me start off by saying Andrew is the absolute best! I knew the interaction and transaction would be good when we first talked on the phone about my computer. Andrew at Macs N PCs is a stand up, customer focused, honest businessman. Through just a phone conversation he identified the issue with my PC and what was needed to fix it. He did all that knowing that I was not going to be his customer since I have a PC and his business has migrated to focusing on Apple products (which I did not know). He referred me to another business but yet took his time and walked me though what I needed to relay to Jose at Just Simple PCs (who is great, btw). He was 100% accurate. I can't say enough good things about Andrew and his approach to business with a focus on giving good, honest, customer SERVICE.which seems to be a lost art nowadays. I mean, who is this world would offer a free consultation / diagnosis for something they knew they were sending elsewhere to be done? Yet, that is exactly what Andrew did, without me asking. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Andrew not only works on your iMac but he is very knowledgeable and has the wisdom to give you recommendations to help your computer work properly for years to come! Took my 2015 iMac to Andrew to fix and we found out the hard drive was starting to go! He not only offers advice but he is very compassionate to you as a person. He will work with you to find something that works for your budget! He is not pushy and will not sell you with things you don't need!
