Macy's, Greensburg PA

Found several items I decided to purchase. The service was awesome, the sales were great and coupons were applied at the time of check out. Great store!

Finally found the kind of pajamas I've been wanting ans at great prices. Cashier was very friendly and nice

Macy's always has wonderful deals and the people who help you are so very kind. They go out of their way to help you find something. It's spacious it's clean and it has the latest. And it's air conditioned!

No one ever offers assistance in the shoe department. Finding someone to get you a shoe size is like playing Where's Waldo. And once you find an associate, they avoid you.

Was feeling very weak & sick while being in store hadn't been to Macy's in awhile but always liked their clothes.didn't spend enough time there, hope I can go again sometime soon.got the sports bra I was looking for!

Love this store. We are losing the stores in our area so we now have to travel further than ever. They have beautiful products and great prices. Thank Macy's.

I love Macy's, the old Macy's. It seems the store is getting a little junky. The quality of the clothing has gone down, the stores are messy and dirty, half of the stores are their "last act" or clearance items and trying to find an open register is almost impossible. I still love the store but I'm disappointed. We all know online sales are hurting stores, but.some stores are worth visiting. Macy's, please, please, please clean up your stores! I've been a Macy's customer for 35+ years, my mom worked at Macy's and my husband proposed to me as we were going into Macy's. The stores are my home are in sad shape. It makes me sad.

It is always so hot in this store I can never try anything on and can't stay in the store for very long due to the Heat!

Got some great sales items. The sales associate even had another code to decrease the price further. Lovely items!

Trying to find an associate to help me was almost impossible. Store was pretty empty-I swear I could almost hear crickets! I finally managed to buy what I needed, but left the store not happy with the experience.

I shop at Macy's frequently. The sales people are friendly and helpful and there is always a nice selection of merchandise.

Shoe department and cosmetic department, where is a clerk? Had to hunt one down in shoe department. Gave up on cosmetics. A little disappointed.

It was as a joy to shop here staff was extremely helpful and we got lucky a sales associate from Dior was there and we got a great deal on perfume for my wife

I went for a fragrance gift. I know exactly what I wanted, but was pressured for the upsell, and then was shuffled around to pay. Not my best experience, not my worst. I do love buying online and being able to return items to the store.

Macy's has been my favorite store for a long time. It's where I buy most of my cosmetics and the occasional pair of Ralph Lauren jeans! I like how Macy's has upscale items, many of which are usually on sale, specially priced, or a coupon can be used. Charter Club is a Macy's brand that I really like.

We had the most condescending man helping us pick out dress pants and shirt for a wedding for my fiancé and it was hilarious! I loved it

Nice, upscale store. Good quality and good value! Friendly, helpful associates. Their Backstage store within a store is a fun place for bargains!

Not a bad place to work! I also love the sales and always find a nice variety of items for everyone.

Store was clean. However, I was told I had to check out in the department I got my merchandise in because not all the registers could give me the right prices on my merchandise (2 dress shirts). So I had to walk back across the store to that department and then seach for 20 minutes for an employee to pay for my stuff.which was the reason I had to walk across the store to find someone at acash register in the first place!

So nice to shop in an upscale, competitively-priced department store with a Men's Department that is substantial with plenty of fashion options and NOT relegated to a corner of one of the multi-floor Women's Departments!
