Department Store Macy's reviews
13My experience was pleasant for the most part. They gentleman that works with the cologne was real nice. Now didn't like the selection of plus size Tommy. But the junior sizes were good.
Probably one the biggest/most beautiful Macy's you'll ever go to. A lot of variety and right in the heart of downtown Philadelphia!
Macy's in philadelphia has really lowered the quality and variety of their merchandise. No need to shop at this location.
Incredible landmark in central Philadelphia. The John Wanamaker building is an architecturally and culturally fitting gemstone of a house for this American retail icon, particularly in the run-up to Christmas.
Beautiful store to shop in the Wannamaker building, makes shopping so much more interesting. I felt like I was shopping in a museum. Of course it's pricey to shop there but it's worth it. Great selection of products and great staff!
There is so much potential for this Macy's in this beautiful building. Unfortunately time stood still in this store and there is no upkeep. It requires a good renovation and a better plan for displaying products.
I would still recommend just visiting this building as you feel the history, but not for buying stuff at Macy's.
The absolute worst lay out of a store I’ve ever seen, took 15 minutes to find an open register.
So many brand names under one roof. I didn't purchase this time but at least I know where to go for big brands
Iconic place in center city, huge store with lots of selection, at Christmas time they do the Scrooge attraction which is a must for all real Philadelphians to see at least once, and although I am 33 now I try and see it every year
Customer service doesn't exist in this store. They were blatantly rude on phone and didn't even resolve my issue before hanging up the phone.
Hard to find petite clothing and prices for clothing too expensive that dosen't look like it is worth it.
I Ran In At Almost Closing Time 8pm To Grab Some Gucci Guilty For My Trip The Next Day To The US Virgin Islands. The Black Gentleman That Waited On Me Was Very Attentive, Professional, And Knowledgeable! He Didn't Make Me Feel Rushed, I Smelled All Of The Gucci Parfums And Settled On The Guilty. He Also Threw In Some Nice Sample And Said "Don't Blame Him, If I Fall In Love With Some Of Those Fragrances" Lol He Was Just Great!
Helpful staff. I was waiting in line at one register, and another employee called me over to another register, so I could save some time.
