The comlex grounds and physical plant are first rate and the staf have been friendly. The problem here is floors and cielings are thin so every step off your upstairs nieghbors can be heard loud and clear. It's an exraordinary level of noise.

The staff is excellent, kind and responsive, the complex is clean thanks to the persistence of the staff, activities are great and plentiful, they did an absolutely terrific job of site clean up after Hurricane Ian, the outside corridors were finally steam cleaned, and the dog areas have plenty of bags for pickup of doo doo, so there is less/none on walkways. It's a five star show here.except for: 1. The pool, there is always an issue with the pool.it's open, then it's closed, and now closed for a long time for repairs, parts on order.and 2.we still don't have recycling on site because some tenants didn't care where they they threw their trash. I think if new tenants were warned in writing that they could be fined for throwing trash in the recycling bin, and had to sign off on the warning (written in their native language), we might just might get back on the right track here. Maybe Video monitoring to catch the culprits would help. The postal drop off is now monitored, and I think it helped with package loss, so it might work here.

Very nice apartments and decently friendly staff. Hardly ever have maintenance issues but they get it done fast. Would love to stop getting emails every other day to fill out this survey, however.

Rates are above property amenities. Nice area just needs more grills and better accommodations for the rates. Not enough compliance control. Weed smoking & loud noise is too often not handled.

Maintenance staff is great. Very fast and friendly. Upstairs neighbors need to remember people live below you.

Been here almost 5 years. Plan to hopefully stay another 3 (if rent doesn’t go up again). For us long term residents: maybe at the 5 year mark……. Might be a nice reward to have new (er) kitchen appliances. LOL (hint, hint)

The complex is clean, friendly & safe.just wish there were more opportunities to meet others.

I’m very happy at Madison Hunter’s Glen in Raleigh NC, where I’ve lived since 2015. The office manager, Brittany, and the assistant manager, Jenn, are congenial and helpful with all inquiries and requests I’ve had, which include general questions concerning my apartment, and maintenance requests. The maintenance division is consistently knowledgeable and thorough. The grounds and landscaping are pleasing with trees and shrubbery and well spaced apartment buildings. For recreation there’s a lovely pool, and for exercising there’s an outdoor track that is well kept. I heartily recommend Madison Hunter’s Glen to singles and to families

For the most part I really do like my apartment with the exception of two things. I have recently had a "bug" issue.it took two requests to get addressed. Since the exterminator came, I've seen two of them. I worry about return because I am not use to having bugs in my home (my apartment as well as when I owned a home).
Second issue is the cost. I have been here five years; since the building opened. No loyalty on the part of management towards long term residents. Our rents have jumped significantly in the last three years. We are now paying more than what the identical available apartments are going for. We complain and of course get "I'm sorry but. " The management people in our building are very good people but they are speaking the party line and of course no one from central management will address any of our issues. They ignore emails and leave the poor management people in the building to face the clients!
I doubt you would want to post my opinion because it is not complimentary to central administration's indifferent attitude.

Projects start but are never completed. Two examples are where a project was started to replace all apartment doors with 6 pane doors, it started with the first couple buildings, then never completed for the remaining buildings. Also the same happened for gutter cleaning. The first few building were done, the it stopped for the remainder of the buildings.

The place is old and that’s really the only “issue” with it. HVAC and appliances are outdated, but I’ve never had a true reason to complain. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with, maintenance is usually super fast, and it’s a very cute and quite living environment. Great for young couples and college students

I've lived here for 6 months and really enjoying living here. Great social activities and the facilities/property is always well maintained. The staff is professional and friendly and always there when need them.

Overall not a bad place, the grounds are taken care of really well and the maintenance is always on point but the front desk people are very short with people. The apartment smells like weed most of the time, there are a lot of roaches in the kitchen (dishwasher is infested), and the parking can be annoying. The outside closet on my back porch has black mold growing in it.

I’ve lived here for about seven years now. The place is beautiful. The staff is great. Rents are getting higher but they’re getting higher everywhere. Location is excellent as well.

I’ve been here 4 years and am very happy with my overall experience here. Office staff is friendly, courteous and attentive, ensuring maintenance requests are done in a prompt efficient manner. No better place to live in Naples.
