7I have only heard wonderful things about how well the Maidencreek Village Apartments are being run. And kudos to Jenn, the property manager, who sees that things run smoothly and complaints and other problems are handled with the utmost understanding. She’s a keeper!

Having to contact them for help is horrible, Jennifer doesn’t care about the tenants or their safety! And when I tell her that that is how I feel she says thank you like it’s something good that she doesn’t care for my safety or others, I had recommended someone to move in and the referral process as well was ignored! They don’t follow that either. Honestly this is a high end apartment on the outside but inside and the care the management gives it’s low income even with the high payments made!
Also when I wrote to contact the person person from corporate to help me they are no help either. They wrote once like they cared and didn’t even bother to respond.
They are now also offering $25 gift card to Amazon for good reviews!
The manager Jen is awesome. They are well maintained and the staff is great. Absolutely love it here.
I was a homeowner for 35 years and Jenn made my transition to a renter seamless! Two years as a property renter and Jenn addresses any questions I have. An asset to this community!
I absolutely love it here! Jen the building manager is absolutely fantastic. She has been there for myself and my husband every step of the way from applying for an apartment, moving in and beyond. She truly loves what she does and it shows. Jen cares about the tenants and the property and is always a phone call away from the big things to the littlest things. I will forever be grateful to her for helping my family get such a beautiful new start and beautiful new place to call home. Maintenance is always on top of everything, we have never had to wait for anything. We look forward to continuing our lives living at Maidencreek Apts and in such a beautiful safe neighborhood
