MaidPro Lancaster

I called MaidPro directly and was quoted $250 to clean my downstairs. I was told that there would a possibility that the cleaners needed to stay longer than the estimated three hours and I specifically asked if there will be an additional charge for that and the associate said no. The day that they came to clean I received a voicemail and text asking if it was okay for them to stay longer to finish cleaning, to which I replied via text that it was fine. The next day I was charged $413. Called the office and the owner said “why would we ask you to approve additional time if we weren’t going to charge extra? ” I wasn’t told that the service would be per hour or was it ever mentioned to me that I would be charged extra if they needed to stay longer to finish. All I was told was that they needed to know the square footage of my house for the quote, so I felt like it wasn’t crazy to assume the price was based on square footage. The owner refused to recognize that there was obviously a miscommunication from her employees, even after I gave her the name of exactly who I spoke with. Never booking with them again, there are definitely better companies out there.

Even after a phone conversation and my written review here, MaidPro still doesn’t seem to understand the issue. I would just like to emphasize that I was not once told that there would be an additional charge regarding additional time to clean or that the quote I received was per hour. The problem isn’t how much I was charged, but the fact that I wasn’t given any information on the fact that I was going to be charge extra and the company refused to even apologize for the miscommunication. I have records of these communications which shows that I wasn’t given any of this information.

Darian cleaned my home on 11/1 and did an excellent job! She cleaned multiple bathrooms, vacuumed and dusted. She was very sweet and cheerful.

We have been using MaidPro for a few years and the service is stellar. As a parent of a special needs child, MaidPro accommodates our many requests without hesitation and goes above and beyond for each service. Whether it is adjusting the schedule or working around us (literally! We are often home for the service), this is a company that truly understands the value and importance of great customer service. We have referred family and friends. Between a demanding full-time job, 2 young boys, and everything else life throws at us, it is a blessing to not need to worry about housecleaning. Thank you MaiPro for easing our burdens with a clean house every two weeks. And a special thank you to Hanna who just "gets us" and our family needs!

Darian did a great job cleaning my apartment. I love the attention to detail. My Nespresso cartridge holder was cleaned out. I can't even remember to do that!

I hired MaidPro for to clean my house in preparation for listing it for sale. My house looks phenomenal! I have two huge long hair cats (fighting the cat hair is a constant uphill battle!), but my home is so orderly and clean. Really appreciate the work!

Allison is a terrific pro everytime she cleans. She begins working as soon as she arrives and she is very polite. She is a hard worker. I have never been disappointed when she is finished. She definitely deserves the $20 bonus.
