After we waited an hour they came and told us that our primary insurance was keystone not Medicare well their wrong and really they made us feel very uncomfortable I guess if not from main line don't go here you'll leave feel some kinda way my client is 88 years old this was not good service

I had a lyric fail. As has always been the case with mainline audiology. Yhe patient comes first. They scheduled me for a same day replacement. Been a patient before Lyrics were available. Outstanding company with a great leader in Kathy Goodman!

The audiologist is not very informative about the hearing aid and could not answer some questions clearly about my questions.

I have to put a multiplier on these 5 stars! Dr Harrington has been seeing my 96 year old mother for a while now at Southampton Estates. Mom was hit by a pickup truck as she ran across the street at 22 years old. Medicine was lacking in those days so no one seemed to pay attention as she started to lose her hearing. Fast forward to a few months ago when Dr Harrington called me to tell me we should explore new aids. Mom could hear nothing. All phone calls resulted in screaming but she still didn't hear. He ordered new aids and like a gift from an angel.she hears so well now that it's like talking to a hearing person. Thank you Doctor! It brought tears to my and my sisters eyes. Mom has cried tears of joy.

The staff are most welcoming and we’re very patient as I worked thru the usual forms for new patients. Then Dr. Hatty did everything possible to insure I was evaluated properly and got the choices I needed to make. If you have a hearing problem, go to Mainline Audiology.
