2 If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend was in for an evaluation and they made him wait 50 minutes to be seen. Which is unacceptable. Dr. Leonetti then saw him in the chair and the actual appointment lasted less than 3 minutes. He asked my boyfriend, “if you’re not here to get an extraction what are you doing here” Same day extraction appointments were not offered or mentioned. Ever. They also overcharged and submitted work to insurance that was not done. They did not take any xrays but when we got the EOB back from insurance it says they charged him for a pan. Which was NOT done. They also charged him $50+ at the appointment when they should have only charged $10.
We are very upset. If you choose to go here, go see DR. SILVERSTEIN only. He is the only Dr. At this practice I hear good things about and his staff is absolutely amazing.
The other doctors treated my boyfriend like he wasn’t even human and he was just a paycheck. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Nobody answers phone, return calls after messaging, nor return email. Need Explanation Of Benefits (EOB) for insurance AND comply with IRS regulations. I don't advise use of their services provided for future endeavors. There's more, not enough space
