2 This is specifically for their Billing Customer Service. I’d give no stars if I could. I love my providers!
Where does Main Line Health fall short? Their billing! They have billed my primary care claims wrong to IBX and even giving them a couple months to resolve it I still have claims they can’t seem to fix it despite promising me they would 7 weeks ago. That’s why I am submitting this review. The providers are great but the billing gives me a headache they don’t want to resolve. When I mention this to other MLH patients I get similar reports. Their billing department acts like a third party billing company and reflects poorly on MLH.
Ripped off
Main line health in Broomall over charges you especially if they see that you have good insurance. I went in for a cardiac mri gave them a code. I recieved a bill with two different mri billing codes. I was charged 14,000. I had a cardiac mri before never was charged that amount.
