Lukas and the team at mainline Honda is awesome. They offer brand new loaner vehicles while you car is being serviced, free coffee, water and treats. The ladies at the service window are so cool, offering a smile and engaging with all customers with a unique vibe. Highly recommended this team to get

I can't do even one star to this dealership
It was last year when i wanted to buy CR-V Hybrid, i was told by one of the sales representatives that they have couple available and she told me the price, after talking to her, i immediately went to this location even it was 50 miles far away from my house.
Once i reach over there i was told that we dont have any car available now and if you have to book than they gave me new price with almost 5K more
So disappointed with this dealership
Only talking but nothing workout once you reach overthere

The dealership Service Center cancel my appointment half an hour appointment time. I've a 2018 Honda Odyssey that shows a few warning light such as ACC, LKAS, Collision Mitigation System Problem, Road Departure Mitigation System Problem, etc. Extremely unsatisfied with Honda. This is our 1st and last Honda vehicle. Should stick with Toyota as we had always had good experience with them.

I have worked at many repair shops, both as a technician and front desk sales. And I usually do my own work these days. And I’m pretty skeptical of dealerships, but this place is great they’re cost-effective they don’t recommend things you don’t need friendly and pretty quick.

Also, just had my oil changed. Had a few questions on what they did. They were even offered to take a second look at my car. Everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be back even though I can do the work myself. I just appreciate them that much.
If I could give them a cash tip, I would!

Had an oil change. All our cars' maintenance is done at Main Line Honda. Excellent service friendly staff and hot coffee. They also have a shuttle service if you don't want to wait while your car is being serviced.

This Honda dealership is unprofessional and shady, as they refuse to give out prices over the phone. This is a common tactic used by dishonest dealerships to lure customers into the dealership, where they can then pressure them into paying more than they originally intended. There are dozens of honest Honda dealerships nearby, so avoid this one.

I came to have my compressor replaced and they told me it would take a total of 2 hours. I was there from 8: 00 a.m. To 2: 00 p.m. While I was waiting, I witnessed not one, but TWO mice running around the establishment. I left immediately after I notified the staff and waited at the local Panera for hours.

Do not buy Royal Guard extended warranty from Main Line Honda without making sure you can redeem it when needed. I purchased an extended warranty for my 2020 Pilot, I was told I could use it at any dealership across the country unfortunately when I went to use it in New Jersey where I live 2 different dealerships will not honor it.
Make sure you do your homework before you purchase! It’s a scam!

Brought my HRV in for an issue. Had an appointment but was informed when I arrived they were behind. I liked the honesty. Waiting area was nice and everyone very helpful. Thanks Rudy and team for all you did. I was not treated any different for my car being from Illinois than if I had bought it at Main Line.

Had the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My family has bought a total of around 9 cars from this dealership. All have been in great condition and lasted as long as we needed them to and still in great shape when we upgrade to those newer models. Thanks for everything guys! Terrible service, they give me an appointment at 11: 00 in the morning and tell me that my car will be ready in 3 hours maximum. It's 5: 00 in the afternoon, I call them and they tell me that they did absolutely nothing to my car, that I can pick it up now but nothing is repaired or that I can go tomorrow but they don't know what time.

I am a lifelong dealership car servicer. This is the worst dealership I have been to. I called to make an appointment and the woman told me I did not need one to just come in so I did. I was quoted an hour and 20 minutes, At the two hour mark, the servic adviser came up to me regarding one of the main issues I brought my car in for… they still hadn’t gotten to it. But after already waiting two hours I needed to leave. So, one of the main things I brought my car in for did not get handled. Insane.

And the niceties of going to a dealership, a nice waiting room, getting your car washed, video/photo multipoint inspection do not exist. This place is so outdated and uncomfortable to sit in.

I asked to speak to the service manager and was told yeah I can see but he’s really busy right now. What a brush off. He then said, find me when you’re done paying and I’ll grab him for you. I finish paying, and the man who helped me is nowhere to be found, nor is the service manager.

I would avoid this place. I say that as somebody who worked in a Honda service department for seven years. I am a big believer in Honda and servicing your car at Honda but not at mainline Honda.

If you’re busy and backed up, JUST BE HONEST.

The women who work reception/ cashier are pleasant.

I can't express how much I appreciate Rudy in the service department. He is very knowledgeable and always puts my mind at ease when it comes to repairs. The team at Main Line always gets me in and out in a timely manner and I don't think twice about taking my car for service any place else.thanks Rudy and the Main Line Honda mechanics

My lock repair seemed on the pricey side but we had all the brakes done on our two sedans and that was very reasonable. I'll return for repeat business.
