My doctor is great however they never answer the phones so making an appointment always involves a game of phone tag. I’ve been seeing my doctor for years now and many times the staff has been very rude to me. If I didn’t have to deal with the staff I would give my doctor 5 stars

Renee Di Giuseppe, PA was wonderful she clearly took notes, asked appropriate questions and empathetic to my situation.
Quickly prescribed an X-ray to clarify what was happening to my back, called me promptly with the results, so we could see and decide the next coarse of action needed! Thank you

This place is a joke. Nobody answers the phone, they don't have any records of anything I've had done threw them. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Absolutely cannot recommend these doctors and this facility enough. Dr Davidoff and Dr Efron are amazing. Both have assisted in making it so I could lead a normal pain free life.
Edit: note that almost every appointment has patients waiting around 30-40 mins.

Dr. Rogers is a phenomenal physician. He is receptive and has always had my best interest at heart. Extremely knowledgeable and not hesitant to refer to other colleagues to diagnose the situation. Mark Wassmer

Telephone call went good, talked about conditions, how I was doing, if I had any concerns. Completely satisfied with call with Dr. Effron.

I was promised they would be able to accommodate my schedule, but after I wasted my time in the initial consultation, their PT group didn't have anything available in my time frame. This was the main reason I chose them.

Mainline spine in King off Prussia was absolutely wonderful! Not only was Dr. Liu the best, but he has a wonderful staff that supports him from beginning to end for his procedures! I felt very at ease and comfortable the entire time. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family! Thank you for your help!

Hello, showed up on time to my appointment signed in and with in 5 minutes I was meet
by a very polite nurse to take me back for my procedure. Then I was meet by the a nurse team
and my vitals were taken and the procedure was explained to me. Everyone was very nice and professional at Main line spine. Thank you to Dr. Rowe and his team of nurses for a pleasant visit.

I have seen several doctors over the years for back issues. My experience with Mainline Spine was ok enough initially. They kept bringing me back in for more trial and error, which I understand is necessary. Then they insisted on repeating one test again, despite no issues with the previous test. Ok, I paid up. After doing a nerve burn and still seeing zero progress, the doc sent me to PT. PT helped quite a bit. When I asked the doc why the least invasive treatment wasn't suggested first, or at least sooner, he explained that if he did that he would not have made any money. Considering insurance pays up plenty beyond my out of pocket costs, I thought this to be a rather stunning if not brutally honest admission on his part. I realize you're running a business, dude, but stringing a patient (excuse me, I guess customer) along for over a year to make more money, and then admitting it bluntly after you've gotten all you can out of me, is a very not-cool way to treat people. I can't speak for the entire practice, but I can not recommend Doctor Lerman.

Thw staff is always very professional. They always ensure your comfort. I had several procedures abd never any issues. Dr. Rowe recently performed surgery on my neck and then my lower back. I have had numerous procedures on my back with bo relief and sometime I was worse after the procedures. I have not had any pain since Dr. Rowe performed my lastv2 surgeries.

I absolutely say DR Rogers denis is very professional. He has really done wonders for my lower back. Without him, I would most likely have had to get surgery which I don't want. I got epidural injections today and already see the difference, its a life saver. Also he is very caring and friendly Dr. He just wants the best for you. Definitely recommend him

Medical office personnel need to realize that lay-people don't know what the medical language is. We are not born knowing what you are talking about, or how to administer our recovery.

Lauren Ziegler PA-C and Dr. Rowe, are attentive, concerned practitioners. They explain everything thoroughly and readily answer all questions. I'm so glad I found therm and to be under their care for my orthopedic issues.

In 2022, after 6 years with them I can only reaffirm my past comments. We are truly fortunate to have them, and their attentive staff, in our community to rely on in case of need. I recommend them highly.

Very easy to get a timely appointment. A lot of paperwork to complete prior to appointment however, this gives the provider a full picture of your issues. Friendly staff, very short wait time before seeing provider. Dr. Karkvandeian spent a lot of time going over my issues and history including showing me my scans and what he saw. Came up with some recommendations and was able to have the procedures scheduled timely.

Main Line Spine is really amazing. Everyone there is kind and super helpful. Everyone I've met seems to have a good sense of humor. And Dr. K is awesome. Very knowledgeable and informative. He's performed a C Spine epidural and a hip injection on me and I felt almost nothing. They were done quickly but he explained it to me as he was doing them. Will definitely continue to go there. I feel very heard and cared for. Thanks!

Renee Di Giuseppe and Dr. Roy Lerman are extraordinarily wonderful. They listen. They respond.they heal. They are the best.
