4A old school, clean, welcoming gym. Members are friendly and have proper gym etiquette. The owner is kind, down to earth, and professional. No contract and open 24/7. It’s not a commercialized tripods everywhere gym. I’ve been looking for a place to workout like this for a long time. I also love that they are big supporters to our first responders and vets. So glad I found this gym!
People and staff are very friendly and show gym etiquette. This gym has everything you possibly need for starters to fitness competitors without the every minute selfie takers hogging up machines.
Well equipped, welcoming gym. Eclectic group of patrons. Infinitely preferable to the corporate/franchise gyms in the area.
Just switched to this gym this past week and I've been loving it. The people are the kindest from the owner to other members and they have a good variety of equipment that is kept in excellent condition. So glad to have found this gem
