Main Street Pizza, Darby PA

Just left out that place. Horrible customer service. Walked in and wasnt greeted. Let them know i was new to the neighborhood and heard good things about the food. I was friendly polite and patient with the staff, but the young lady at the counter and the cook just stared at me. Then proceeded to tell me they were done for the day. I asked for a menu because the one on Google only has 6 items. More blank stares. I love a good local pizza spot but this establishment will not receive any of my business

Called to order for delivery and ended up getting into an argument over the specifics of the order. Management then refuses to make any food at all. It seems the Pandemic has also infected customer service skills. So many orders you can turn away customers. I would recommend ordering your food from a different business. Just not the Chinese store up the street on Baltimore Ave

Bad Customer service! Terrible attitude ordered the same thing three days in a row mad cus I asked about pricing rude driver pricing is whatever they want it to be just sad I hate food services like this never returning

This was really worth it and they was quick. The lady on the phone was super patient and helpful. New to to area and I will definitely order again. Also the pizza and wings was good. Love my wings with a much thicker sauce but the wings was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly. The sauce was tasty. Highly recommended!

Owners are super nice. They no longer offer the specials because of the price changes, but it's ok. Their pizza is still delicious & love this place so I'll still buy there & support them. I don't want them to close.

Order a Cheese Steak.it was small and very little meat. It reminded me of a steakum sandwich. Will not order from them again.

I was placing a order for delivery and when they gave me the total I felt it was a lil pricey and wanted to try another store. When I called back because I decided I do want to place a order now they decided to pick up and sit the phone down.so I called back and still they continued to sit the phone down basically now refusing to take my order. This was my first time about to try there food. Due to lack of customer service and rudeness I will not recommend this store

Just moved to the area, decided to try some takeout, Saw this place had really good reviews and I see why, I placed a large order and everything was correct when It got here, very quickly I might add, driver called from outside to let me know he was here, everything was fresh hot and very tasty, veggie pizza was delicious! Cooked perfectly, I will definitely order again, would give more than five stars if I could, great job!

There chicken stromboli is awesome. The cook knows what he's doing. I've been going there for years. Definitely one of the best in the area for fast-food

I have ordered from Main Street Pizza, in Quite some time. But, Yo! I had a Spinach and ground beef and cheese Pizza it was bang'n. Plus, some mild Buffalo wings "Out of this world.

Great pizza and sandwiches with competitive prices. Good for lunch or dinner. Some of the best pizza around.

Wow. Where do I start. Just wow. I called this restaurant today and my phone died, very normal thing nowadays, then I called back and the owner tells me that he can't help me because his restaurant in Allentown, PA although his restaurant is in Darby, PA and 5 minutes from my house. I don't know who or what encouraged these guys to treat customers this way, but they better get a clue real fast or else there are going to be some consequences.

Ray ignorant so no respect when you call when you call you're supposed to announce your restaurant name they don't do nothing
