Main Street Pizzeria & Grille, Plymouth Meeting PA

This place is beyond horrible. I ordered a meat lovers pizza no ham. To begin I can not identify one item in this pizza. The smell is horrible. My food arrived cold even though their menu says fast delivery, it took forever. I also order a shrimp platter (also cold) and cheesesteak rolls. I’m scared to eat anything. Fries seem old and reheated. Called to tell them food was cold and unacceptable and the young lady that answered placed me on hold then came back to home to say, I don’t know what you want me to do but the manger will get the phone in a minute. I said excuse you, did you just say to a customer you don’t know what I want you to do. Then manager gets on phone as says, what is it. Like when I tell you all of their menus went in the trash. I will not give out one at all. Send foos critic there and place will be shut down for sure.

Terrible service. Ordered the Southwest Salad which comes with chicken or beef, and they didn't include either. The black beans weren't there, either. However, contrary to the instructions ON THE TICKET, the threw on a double-handful of olives, which I hate. Didn't discover any of this until I got home. When I called to complain, they argued with me and then told me I put the special instructions in the wrong place even though the ticket had the instructions on it. Not going there again EVER!

This place is horrible my wraps that I got from here were horrible so bland no taste to it my boyfriend ordered a shrimp taco wrap and when he opened it he thought it was chicken cause they breaded the shrimp so it could consume more space in the wrap to make it bigger so they can save money so sad! Then the pizza they gave us was cold we had to ask them to put it back in… this cut into our movie theater time cause they took so long for our order! Such a disappointment

This was some of the best pizza I have ever had in my whole entire life. I live in Maryland and I was so sad to not be able to grab another slice before I left to go back. This place is an absolute much try I will definitely be back.

I work in the mall and get food from this location religiously. Unfortunately today I ordered a large plain for my employees, when they came back with it I opened up the box and saw the picture below …
I then went back myself to show them the pizza we just got and instead of them saying sorry and making a new ROUND one he said what’s wrong with it was just to big to fix in the box. It’s fine. After going back and forth with him for 15 mins he finally said fine I will make you a new pie. This place is a joke!

I had a terrible experience at Main Street Pizzeria. The cashier was extremely rude. They used racial slurs momentarily [in Spanish]. They did not care at all. They only cared about the money transaction. They did not serve me nicely unless I had paid them too.

They do it right. It’s really good food. It’s always delivered on time or early. I’ve ordered many different things from there…. From salads to pizza to Italian dinners and the funnel fries. It’s all been great. I have to be honest…. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend the wings. But everything else has been fantastic. I would highly suggest getting lunch or dinner from here.

Used to love ordering from here, because there weren't any other options for vegan cheese pizza around Norristown, and the staff was always pleasant. Called a whole ago, and was told they no longer carry vegan cheese. Received the newest menu today and all the other vegan options are gone as well. Definitely a shame, as the other locations still appear to offer them. Maybe this location changed hands?

I ordered salmon burger told them I’m allergic to tomatoes they still put it on there they offered me a free sandwich to make it right I couldn’t pick up cause it was my lunch break. I ordered a second salmon burger and reminded them of their mistake they only took off 2$ now this salmon burger is about 30cm thick Less then 1 inch.prior the salmon was at least 5/6 inches thick.they stated the price of the salmon went up for them so now it’s the same price just a very thin smushed out patty so basically I got a bun thick Bun with spinach.

I never had buffalo chicken egg rolls before. It was something different, I even let my mom try it, and she really loved it. Also the honey barbecue boneless wings were good. I also enjoyed turkey club sandwich and fries. I wish I could give this place 10 Stars.

One of the BEST pizza’s around! And we have tried many. Always delicious, and my families favorite! A+

I used to really like the one in Horsham, but recently I tried the ones in Glenside and Plymouth Meeting ordered 3 different types and they pizza was really salty. The crust is good tho. Searching for a good pizza place in Montgomery County.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience here. We ordered on a Sunday evening which can be a little busy with football going on but everything was perfect!

We ordered 1 large mushroom pizza, 8 hot garlic wings and an order of onion rings. The order was estimated for 50-60 min and the food arrived within 40 min.

The pizza was just fantastic! Excellent sauce and generous amounts of cheese. The mushrooms were fresh and not canned which my wife prefers.

The wings were perfect! Not overly saucy and cooked just right. The flavor of the sauce really surprised me, quite garlicky and not insanely hot. Just right.

The onions rings are the best I have had all around. Now I know onion rings aren't exactly a restaurant's huge selling point but if you are a fan of onion rings, you need to get these! Not overly breaded and the onions were nice and thick but not too thick either. Great flavor!

I had the person on the phone read back my order several times and they still got my order wrong.

Super disappointing. Went to this place because I saw they had vegan options. The vegan wings are just gardein nuggets lightly fried. I was so hopeful for my pesto pizza - we had to throw the entire thing out. Falafel balls were frozen foods items you find in the grocery store. I wasn't expecting a 5 star meal but for 70 bucks we really didnt get that much food (portions were REALLY small) and it was just frozen garbage. The onion rings are really good though.
