Truly not a bad hair cut, just not what I asked for
1. I asked for 2 inches off - my hair was down to my butt and now it’s above my elbows
2. I asked for my my face framing hair to be at my chin (it had grown to where my neck is) and it was cut to my lip because that’s where it goes to when I pull it down, but naturally lands where my eyes are.
3. I asked for long layers and yet the hair in the back of my head is shorter than the hair on the top

Now I’ll have to wait months before I can get what I want. I’ve been going here for almost 4 years and it probably will be my last, everyone I knew there quit anyways

Had an appointment for my mother. Was late because of construction going on Rt. 81 and in Clark Summit. Would not take her because we were late. Mother is in a wheelchair. Went to Clels, they took my mother without an appointment. I have to travel 45 minutes to get nursing home where my mother is. Won't go back there.

Fast, friendly, affordable! I'll definitely be back. Suzie gave me the exact hair we talked about (of course I brought pictures). Really wish I had remembered to take before and after pics!

Patti was awesome! I brought a picture in on my phone, and she gave me the exact cut I wanted. I have kinda long hair, so I got a trim and long layer, and I also added bangs and face framing that she did perfectly. It's one of the few haircuts I've gotten that I didn't have to touch it up when I got home. She does exactly what you ask. If you say trim, she just takes an inch off the ends. I was veryyy nervous about it going in, sometimes you say trim, and they take like 3 inches off before you can stop them. She also made conversation but wasn't overly talkative, and was very helpful after when I was picking out a product to purchase. She offered input as she went along, about what might work better, and asked questions to clarify what I wanted. I don't go to get my hair done very often. I usually do my own trims and just go in to get my layers touched up or for a new style, but I'd definitely trust her for my future haircuts. I've gotten nothing but compliments on it from everyone! Thank you!

I can always get an appointment - very quickly - usually the same day that I decide I can't stand how my hair is behaving and I need to cut all of it off immediately! My stylist always manages to calm my mood and give me a fresh look.

Asked the girl to cut my hair so it just hits the bottom of my neck, just hitting the collar, and she cut it up to my ears. It's shorter than chin length.
