Megan was fantastic. I came in with a trailer purchase from another state, she explained everything and made the process very easy and efficient. Then I asked her about a problem with my sons trying to get title in pa for a waverunner he purchased in Maryland. It was signed by executor for estate and state would not accept it for reasons she and a prior dealer had told me was wrong. She called on phone and waited more than 30 minutes to get through- She was told she would get a call back, she assured me we would get this done and she would fix this problem for my son. She refused to take any payment as my son had paid another auto tag dealer. Un believable how kind she was!
While waiting on phone she took care of a hispanic couple and showed tremendous kindness and patience in guiding them through their problems. I highly recommend them.

Ive been using Malvern auto tags and Exton auto tags for years. Megan, the owner is the best at what she does. That includes from running the businesses to knowing the rules and regulations with Penndot. Fair pricing and super quick service. Highly recommended.

Stay far away. Totally unprofessional, confrontational wannabe Constable types. Honest mistakes happen but customers who proactively take measures to rectify are terrorized. Oh & the check was for $975.94 sweetheart, get it right. Do yourself a favor general public, take your business elsewhere

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Ryan at Malvern Auto Tags. He deserves recognition for how nice he was in helping me on Tuesday the 31st. Long story short, I got my wallet and phone stolen over the weekend in Atlantic City, and I was trying to get to the drivers license center, but without my phone I didn’t have GPS so I was a little lost. I found Malvern Auto Tags in hopes they could give me some direction. Ryan was so helpful and friendly and let me borrow the phone to call my bank. I just want him and his manager to know how much I appreciated his customer service and it really helped me in my desperate time! It’s not everyday you come across someone as nice as him.

They provide fast Driver's License and Vehicle Registration services! From replacing Licenses to Transferring a title to a car, they make it so easy. They also offer Notary Services.

Called to ask a few questions about an out of state vehicle and spoke with Megan.she was very rude and did not answer my questions. I would not recommend this place!

Meghan is racist towards the Indians and hates dealing with them. Take your business to Wiggins and there cheaper!

I'm in the processing of moving to Pennsylvania and I stopped in the other night and the girl Jamie that was there was a huge help. Never expected getting my license and car registered to be such a headache, but she was so helpful in explaining the process of everything and where I needed to go. Just need to find my title and I'll be back!
