Great rehab & decent food most of the time. Never had a problem in here & been there 2x. Going back again to rehab & the people here really try to help you. I'm older & really need this to help out with my life plans.

Was here twice, 30 days in June/ July 2015, and again for 4 days in October 2015, left ama the second time. Kicked the worst heroin habit of my life here, staff was great, I loved it, I didn't stay clean because of me. They saved my life and I'll forever be grateful even if I didn't grasp it. Doing much better now after 39 months of jails and prisons that could have easily been avoided if I'd just surrendered, but what are you gonna do ya know, stay in the now, stay surrendering, and keep on truckin! Thank You Malvern, you guys rock!

Our son has gone through the Malvern Treatment Center 3x's over a course of 3 years. Something we learned is that it can take several times before someone is finally ready to admit/accept their circumstances and be fully receptive to getting the help they need.
Every single time our son went through treatment at Malvern he gained more and more knowledge and received more tools to help him with his recovery. This center is hands-down the best. The staff is ALWAYS polite, caring and welcomes you with open arms as if it was your first admission each and every time.
My husband and I visited our son several times at the center and we always felt as if we were with "family". The staff not only helped our son, but they helped and supported my husband and I through this heartwrenching battle.
Today (almost 3 years after our son's last admission) he is completely devoted to his recovery and doing very well. We are here to tell you. NEVER give up hope - even when you hit your absolute rock bottom. Tomorrow is always a "new day and a new start"!
Our son finally understood the importance of staying "in the Program" - going to the Meetings - People - Places - The Steps - and most importantly his ever-growing Faith in God.
We thank Malvern with all our heart for walking with us through this struggle. Without their help I don't know where our son would be today. It is a life-long journey, but it can be managed with the help of dedicated and devoted places like Malvern - they totally "get it"!

A month ago I was completely hopeless.

I've been to several rehabs in Florida and a few in Pennsylvania. Malvern (Willow Grove and Malvern) are head and shoulders above the rest. I would rate the Willow Grove higher. Staff from top to bottom shows up and rolls up their sleeves everyday. They bend over backwards and meet people where they're at. The food is great. (Jen) The place is clean. (Jessica)

I'd like to recognize the following at the Willow Grove location: Melissa, Melanie, Chris, Mariah, Alex, Cary, Linda, Angie, Eva, Joe, Charles, Miles, Chance, Sam, Ryan, ALL of the kitchen staff (especially Jenn) for getting me fat again; ALL of the nurses (especially Maryanne) I love you guys. Thanks for showing me love when I hated myself.
At the King Rd. Location. Christina was a great counselor. Nicole was a great nurse (I think I love her) Sam went above and beyond.
They deserve a raise.

I have hope. I have a chance. Malvern saved my life.
It'll save yours too.

The malvern institute is a dump! The staff is very rude, nursing is extremely rude and dont care at all. If you want help this is definitely not the place to go! The facility is run down, dirty and a overall bad environment. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Corrupt, my SO is on her cell phone as it's suppose to be locked away. And if not her, then it's staff. And that's not theirs too touch. Most staff has a superiority complex, they act better than. And they treated me this way as a visitor. I could only imagine the patients mindset. This place needs to be looked at better and I have photos of proof of phone use. As she wasn't using her phone.

Drove a friend here only, but as Recovery Centers go it struck me as efficient, compassionate and above all clean! Nice staff. I will update after I talk to my friend.
