The food is pretty good. The menu is very misleading. Read your bill very carefully because they will overcharge you then argue with you.

Great atmosphere with friendly servers! Not to mention, the food is delicious with great flavor. They have a cool robot that delivers the meals as well.

Me and my significant other went there this morning for breakfast 11/12/23. The diner was small but it was clean, the service was excellent and the food was tasty that I forgot to take a picture. I was hungry. I was amazed by the robot bringing us our food (lol) I had and egg white omelette with beef bacon and home fries my significant other had French Toast cheese eggs home fries and turkey link sausages we also tried the Mango Raspberry Lemonade that was so refreshing. This was my first time there and I was very well satisfied

The food was great! The staff was welcoming. Not to mention the technology added made it easy and dont for get the kitty bot server. I recommend eating here is you get the chance.

I spotted this place as I was in the Melrose Shopping Center to get food from the China King restaurant. I originally visited with my husband about 3 years ago. My granddaughter didn't want Chinese food today, so we went into Mama's Diner to order waffles with bananas, strawberries and blueberries, turkey bacon and scrambled eggs with Cheddar cheese. We also got her a vanilla milkshake. So $22.00 later, she had her meal.

Waffles I ordered was super soggy, chicken was dry and not fully cut up they gave me no condiments or napkins and paid $20+ for the meal smh.

As a waitress myself, I'm always excited to try new places. The service was on point, the atmosphere felt quiant and cozy, and the food, oh my, the food! Delicious from the first to the last bite.

Mama is a really sweet woman who owns and operates the kitchen and she has some new technology. It brings your food to your table directly and to keeps your food hot, then goes back to its little corner. Lol but it seriously does though.

The food is good, but a bit expensive compared to other breakfast spots. Whenever you use your debit card the restaurant charges a 3% service fee. Three times me and my husband’s order was incorrect or missing something. When customer’s pay for their meal, they should receive it as ordered or instructed.

I originally said this was a good establishment but I ordered one plate for my son. 3 eggs turkey sausage and four French toast. $32. They are just out right robbing people now. Only in black communities. I’m done won’t get my business anymore.

I went there and ate the other day. And the food was just OK. My friend had breakfast and she enjoyed hers. I had a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was very flat no meat no flavor mostly bun and lettuce and tomato. The fries were unable to eat because too much grease. Everything was hot and fresh. She just wasn’t very good.but I can handle that what I can’t handle is two people paying $42 for breakfast and lunch. And then going to the counter and realizing that she tried to overcharge me. And then trying to pay and then they adding a 3% surcharge if you use a card. It was just not a positive experience, and I will not be returning!

I order from here 2-3 times a week on door dash and I’ve been to the actual restaurant about 3 times. With them it’s a hit or miss, sometimes the food is perfect and other times it can come burnt or with missing ingredients or food that I’ve ordered. If it could be perfect consistently I’d give them 5 stars.

Wow! What a great and hospitable hidden gem. Don't even get me started on the home fries.amazing as was everything else but those potatoes are worth the trip alone. You're definitely going to be seeing me at least twice a month.
