What wonderfully caring people there are here! From the first, confused, phone call for information and help thru the process of cremation, obituary posting, and to final documents and support when home alone.they were there for me.

When my husband passed away 3/10/20, I was just so out of it. I couldn't think straight Maneval Allen Redmond where there for me every step of the way. From hospice to the very end they helped me get through the most traumatic time of my life. Miss Sierra was a godsend, she walked me through everything and if I had any questions I could call and if she was busy within 10 minutes I had a return call. I am so grateful for the professionalism and compassion I received. I would recommend Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, they make it easy for the hardest time of your life. Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home handled the arrangements for both of my parents who passed in January 2018 and December 2019. They handled every aspect of the arrangements with a thoroughness, a level of professionalism, and with a respectful dignity that far exceeded my expectations- from the wake, to the mass and to the interment at the cemetery. The family was able to grieve and celebrate the memory of my parents without having to think about managing the complexities of the funeral at a very trying time. Even after the funeral, we were contacted by the staff simply to check in to see how we were coping and to make us aware of additional resources available to help us through the grief of losing a loved one. In every aspect my brother and I were extremely pleased with the experience we had with Maneval Allen Redmond and their caring staff.

I called when my husband was in home hospice. They never called back. Two days later he passed away. Thankfully I didn't wait and called someone else before then.

Within hours of posting this review I was contacted by the secretary of Manevals (even though it was on a Sunday). She explained what happened and it was regrettable but understandable. We all make mistakes. She was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.
