I truly enjoy seeing the employees that work here, very nice. Food is amazing, great start to the day! Very clean and positive atmosphere.

Service was terrible. Store is dirty. Bagel was good. Only 3 customers in store but our order of bagel and sandwich took over 20 minutes! Not the quick lunch we wanted!

A bagel and cream cheese should not cost six dollars, especially if they're going to barely put any cream cheese. Especially if the bagel is burnt. Especially if the staff were unpleasant. All around poor experience, overpriced burnt food, and a waste of time and money.

So me and my mom placed an order about ten minutes before they closed, upon arrival our order was ready waiting for us, so kind they stayed open for us! What an excellent bagel! Tuna and onion! I haven’t had a bagel that good in a long time! We both will be back! Thank you

Every time I go here my order is incorrect. I have given this new ownership multiple opportunities to do their job correctly, and they always find a way to mess it up. For instance, this morning I ordered a bacon 2 egg and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel with the bacon well done and a ham egg and cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel for my dad. I received raw bacon on my sandwich and no egg on the ham egg and cheese sandwich. I am very frustrated with this new ownership and they really should go back to the old ownership if they plan to stay in business. As for us, most likely I will not be returning to this location and will go to the feasterville location, who has never messed up my order in all the years I have been a guest at Manhattan Bagel. Have a great day and hopefully if there is a next time, this location will actually get an order correct.

I could tell you just how much I enjoy Manhattan Bagel but the fact that I go there for a great breakfast sandwich almost every day says it all.

This might be the worst Manhattan Bagel branch I've ever been to. Ordered online, when I got there I was told they dont have any of the bagels I ordered. The ones I got were clearly stale and barely warm (I ordered toasted). If I wasn't in a hurry I would have checked the bagels and refused to accept them but I took the bag and left. Coffee wasn't even warm either. No wonder this branch has bad rating. If you don't have fresh bagels please tell the customer. Please fix this

Wanted a sandwhich i saw on the app today. She said it was "off menu" and i said no problem and proceeded to order something else. When I got my order I realized it tasted funny. I ordered the Avocado Veg Out. It was missing cucumbers and spinach and in place they put capers and green peppers. I went back up and questioned her about it said that all veggies go on it and they were out of the cucumbers and spinach. She failed to tell me that when I ordered and decided herself to put on the capers and green peppers, both with very distinctive tastes. It ruined the entire sandwich and was just flat out not good. Being a server myself, i would never just decide to change a so much someone orders for fail to let them know we are out of specific ingredient.

Also just very unfriendly staff. As I was leaving the three workers were raising their voices at each other and it sounded like a loud argument while people were trying to enjoy their breakfast. Very unprofessional.

The bagels were fresh but my order was screwed up. I ordered 2 plain, 2 super cinnamon raisin, 2 super French toast. I got 2 cinnamon raisin, 4 plain!

Been going there for 20 years for breakfast newest owners Parth and Daya have done a lot to upgrade and improve everything. Food is always good and atmosphere is great.

I have visited the location in Langhorne, Pennsylvania at the Shoppes at Flowers Mill center. They have a good selection of bagels? Each time I have visited so far the baked goods have been fresh and the service was pretty prompt. They have quite a few specialty varieties as well as staples I enjoy such as pumpernickel and honey whole wheat. They also carry healthy and fresh juices as well as pastries, cake? And muffins etc. It’s convenient to get in and out of fairly quickly and you also have the option to dine in.

Consistently out of popular bagels by 10: 30 am on Sundays. Very disappointing. No plain, no sesame. I had been hoping as more people were out and about the establishment would pay attention to their offerings. If I didn't have a shut-in who counted on his weekly nova lox, I'd buy my bagels at the grocery store and make my own sandwich at home.

Service is fantastic when it comes to the employees. Just disappointed with how paper thin the pork roll is. Paying $5.29 for just egg and cheese I feel like. If the owner or manager reads this have the pork roll thicker or lower your prices!

Preordered bagels last night for pick up at 930am, at 901am I received an email saying my order would be ready for pick up at 10am upon getting there my son and I were looked thru for 25 minutes only to find out that not only is our order not ready but they didnt even have the bagels to fill our order that I had already paid for the night before. The woman than tried to corporate script me with her lies about what the truth is, needless to say we will never be returning.

My fiance ordered and paid for bagels ahead of time for Mother's Day. He received an email stating the order was received shortly after ordering and then another email this morning stating that his order would be ready at 10am. Well when he got there at 10am, they didn't have a single bagel that he ordered nor the cream cheeses. Awful service. We will not be back.

Walked in half an hour before they close. I got stared down and told grills closed. Just bagels with a spread.

I asked for egg fried hard and break the yolk because I do not like to see any runny yolk. The egg was not made properly, or at least not too my liking. When I'm paying for something, I want it made the way I want it. Some parts of the yolk were still runny.

Ordered breakfast sandwich on French toast bagel, they sent it on a plain, will never order from here again.
