I would like to thank policeman Spence for his friendly and helpful service when he responded to my "car motor dying" call at routes 283 & 741 last Saturday, Oct. 19. Again thanks, and do continue your "excellent work".

Their parking tickets aren't water proof and they have no way to pay online. So if your car is stuck on the street and you have kids and an infant, it's interesting how they expect to get paid. Lanc parking authority atleast has waterproof tickets AND a way to pay online. Ridiculous.
