4It all depends on your lifestyle. It is a very quiet and relaxing place, but everything is a long drive to get to.
Family friendly community with clubhouse, pool and tennis & basketball courts. The community is close to waterfalls, and state parks. It's a nature lovers paradise. It's also close to the historic town of Milford with lots to see and great restaurants. The community is very well maintained with the exception of the lake beach area, which is not maintained at all. If it were, I would definitely have given it 5 stars. Marcel Lakes Estates overall is a very nice community to live in.
Family friendly community, well kept amenities, an HOA board that seems to care.
Nice quiet lake, the water system has just been recently updated. It is off the beaten path.
