Miserable experience. Went here for a birthday dinner thinking it was an upscale restaurant or at minimum a nice resturant. Boy was that not the case. The menus were so scratched up that you could barely read them. The waitress came, took our appetizers order, then came back with the appetizers without ever taking our entree order. She actually put the appetizers on top of the menus instead of taking them, which explains why they were so scratched up. She did finally put our entrees in, which was after the appetizers were completely finished and someone had come to clear them away. The food did come out quickly but overall it was disappointing to say the least. The mashed potatoes takes like a stick of butter, the steak was tasteless. I ordered the chicken marsala which was sweet, similar to Chinese sweet and sour chicken but without the favor. I honestly couldnt eat it. Overall, the service was miserable, the food was cheap. I would never eat here again.

Food is okay. Customer Service needs work. Greeting your customers and saying goodnight and thanking them for their patronage of your restaurant isn't too much to ask.

We have only ever eaten take out here but it has always been great. Crab cakes are the best in this area we have found. Pizza is amazing. The steaks are always cooked right. They have a very convenient take out set up and my wife and I love treating ourselves to a fancy meal at home. This place has never let us down. It’s fine dining at home for us.

All 10 of my brothers and sisters decided to go out for lunch and we picked Marco Polo. Big shout out to Marco Polo and Company. The place is great and we loved it we shall return. The Campbell's

Went on a Saturday night. Was seated within 2 minutes. Food was amazing from the salads to the main courses. Didn't take pictures but we will definitely go again. The others in my party had never been but all liked Marco Polo. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.

We went in there (a family of 6 with a small child), we called 10 minutes prior to ensure they had space for us. Upon arrival, we were rudely greeted by what I can only consider to be an beta employee who had the look of nervousness on her face as if we had just asked to eat on an airplane. After which, she skipped to a waitress (probably in BETA too) and screamed at us ‘whoever told you we have space is wrong, I then showed her my phone with the phone number of her restaurant and proof of reservation and she snapped at us, at which point, our young child who was terrified by the petrified waiter and hostess, we made an informed decision and left. They deserve 0 stars.

Good food good environment and Great staff can't say much u must go and see for yourself

No care put into the food. Cavatelli dish was extremely unimpressive. Wait staff seemed annoyed that we were there. Bread was also stale.
