I’ve had the pleasure of working with Monet and her team for two bridal photo shoots and I must say, they are the best. Not only professional, but communicative, caring, and welcoming, which is a relief when either planning a wedding or working in the wedding industry. The shop smells amazing and their inventory is incredible. My favorite bridal shop in Old City!

Brides - RUN to mari mi bridal for your dress! This is by far the best bridal shop! Mari mi was the first bridal store I went to and they set the standard for other shops. Not only are the consultants and owner (Monet) extremely kind, but they really treat you like family and make you feel comfortable in a dress. Sarah was amazing and pulled this dress that I knew immediately was the one for me. They were so great and didn’t pressure me to buy on the spot as my parents weren’t with me and let me schedule another appointment to bring them and I said yes! They really made my dreams of how I would feel saying yes to the dress come true!

One of the best wedding dress shopping experiences I had. Beautiful store in great location. While I did not end up purchasing my dress there, I almost did! I don't know why this place doesn't have more 5 star reviews. Alyssa was the best bridal consultant ever, and she was so respectful and helpful in trying to find dresses that worked for me. I would recommend this store (and will!) to any future Philly brides I talk to.

Cute shop BUT, the girl helping me was awful. Dresses on display to try on, had armpit stains and the layout was kinda messy for visuals. In addition, the girl working pulled about 10 dresses and I never even tried about 6 of them on. She didn’t listen to me and kept getting different dresses to try instead the ones we pulled. Then she actually was being rude and saying rude things about my family members to me while helping me dress. Like “wow she’s an interesting character” and rolling her eyes and asking about them in a demeaning way. She asked what my brother was like if my sister in law is the way she was currently acting at the store (which my family member was only asking which dress I had tried and what material one dress was and why haven’t we tried the ones we picked out- all while being friendly). The girl was extremely unprofessional. And when I looked unhappy with the dresses she tried she said we are finished that I already tried on 10 (but I definitely only tried about 6).

Also the dressing room set up is weird. Other stores didn’t physically dress me like the way this store did. Here she’d put the dress on me instead of just helping zip up etc.which was uncomfortable.

I couldn’t wait to leave and definitely won’t be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Mari Mi Bridal! My first appointment with Monet and second appointment with Alyssa (who remembered me and my top dress there even though she wasn't my stylist the first time) were both fun and and encouraging experiences. Monet pulled a dress I wouldn't have envisioned for myself, but was actually amazing on me. Ultimately, I found my dress somewhere else, but I had such a good experience at Mari Mi that I wanted to share. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and I never felt pressured. My favorite dress here was so good and the staff were so great that I was a little sad not to get my dress here. I highly recommend!

I have been waiting year to write this review! I bought my bridal gown here off the rack when I walked away from it at a different boutique due to a hole in its train. Amazingly Mari Mi had the same dress in my size off the rack in beautiful ivory, it was a discontinued Badgley Mischka Dior gown. I went to Mari Mi tried it on by myself and teared up seeing the dress of my dreams in the mirror. The women at the boutique made me feel really special and even took a Yes to the Dress photo of me. I wore the dress twice- Once on my wedding day and once a month later at my reception. I loved every detail about this dress and felt like the most beautiful woman in the world on my wedding day! Thanks Mari Mi bridal for the great experience and making me feel so special at the boutique!

I absolutely loved my dress shopping experience at Mari Mi. It was the very first place I went when wedding dress shopping, and they set the tone for every other place I went. Alyssa was so sweet, helpful, and understanding, especially since I am the most indecisive bride! They also made the experience so enjoyable for my family, especially my 7 year old niece who they went above and beyond to include in the experience. Not to mention, their selection is beautiful. If you're looking for a wedding dress, you must check out Mari Mi!

I had an amazing dress shopping experience at Mari Mi (multiple times!). Monet is the best and so is Amanda! They were awesome helping me with scheduling especially because I'm from out of town, and overall so helpful with everything. My wedding was last month and I absolutely loved my dress!

What a great experience! There are tons of beautiful dresses to try on. I felt like the owner did an amazing job curating all the gowns in her store. My advisor, Alicia, took the time and listened to everything I had to say. Every dress she pulled for me was beautiful and I was able to find the perfect one.

As far as timeline the dress came in as estimated (mine took about 8 months).

I’m so excited and I can’t wait to wear my dress.

The shop is beautiful and in a cute location of Philly. The shopping process with the owner was very pleasant. We had a snafu with the incorrect size ordered but in the end everything worked out. I even bought one of their gorgeous hair pieces. Very high quality items.

I couldn’t recommend Mari Mi Bridal more! They were a huge reason I finally felt like a bride. I was a covid bride back in 2020, planning to get married in December 2021 after changing our date a year later. I didn’t have a dress, and was getting turned down by dozens of bridal salons during 2020 for having more than 1 guest attend. I have 4 sisters, I couldn’t NOT have them with me. I was recommended to look into this salon by a mutual friend, and thank god I did. Not only did they accommodate us, but I was offered the last appointment of the day so that I could have the designated time by ourselves in the salon. The dresses were beyond beautiful, and the experience was everything I’ve ever hoped it to be. I will continue to come to this salon for my daughters communion dresses, and any other bridal event I can convince other friends and family members to get to. I couldn’t have asked for anything better - thank you everyone at Mari Mi for gifting me the day of picking my dress and finally feeling like a bride in the midst of covid!

Mari Mi Bridal is the one and only shop to get your wedding dress from! The experience was top notch and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Monet and her staff helped me through a variety of styles when I had NO IDEA what I was looking for and had no inspiration in hand. Without any details on my wedding, venue, theme, or date, I still found the perfect dress that day! Her team also helped with great tips on accessories, styling, dress care and alterations tips. Mari Mi was even able to get me my dream dress on a tight timeline (less than six months). I never felt pressured or rushed and I was comfortable the entire time. This experience allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day and the months leading up to it. Do yourself a favor and get your dress from this bridal atelier. The experience will add to your wedding excitement and will not disappoint!

Mari Mi is the BEST bridal shop by far! Truly such a wonderful and enjoyable experience (just as wedding dress shopping should be!) Amanda listened to my style, had me try on a few that fit me like a glove, and ultimately, her and Monet decided to put me in a dress that matched my history-loving classic vibe (Lynn by Pronovias). DING DING DING! They absolutely NAILED it, and then finished it off by styling me with the most perfect veil and earrings. Even though I KNEW it was the dress, they let me walk away feeling comfortable and confident, without the pressure of closing a sale– so that when I called them up to indeed say YES to the dress, it felt so natural and exciting! Full disclosure: I went to one other shop in Philly that felt much more like a factory than a wedding dress experience. At Mari Mi, you feel like family. You feel the warmth and excitement that you SHOULD feel while finding your dream dress, and I genuinely looked forward to picking up the dress or veil so I could say hello to Amanda and Monet! Beautiful location, beautiful dresses, and beautiful souls! Thank you ladies for offering a wonderful experience during an exciting season in life. If you’re looking for a genuine place to find your dream gown, I couldn’t recommend Mari Mi enough!

I was so happy with my experience at Mari Mi! Mari Mi was the second bridal shop I visited. I had a rough experience at the first store and was very apprehensive about wedding dress shopping. When I arrived at Mari Mi, Amanda was so welcoming and help me find the perfect dress for my big day. I added a jacket to my order late in the process and Mari Mi did everything they could to make sure it arrived for my wedding. The whole look turn out perfect!
