12It is terrible to wait a long time for an Appointment and when you go they don't do anything to you, it has few stars because you can't give it zero, otherwise it wouldn't have any.
I went to MLDS express care, because I was having bad pains on my stomach. Mrs. Flores just gave me pills and told me to watch what I eat. Those pills didn’t work at all. I traveled out of the country because I kept having a lot of pain. Guess what? I had Polyps in my stomach. Those Polyps has to be removed because they can turn into ULCERS and them Cancer.
I told her I was having pain for months and I was looking to get and Endoscopy done.
But she just gave me pills and that it.
She doesn’t what she is doing.
It's just a waste of time, don't go. I made an appointment and they told me that they had no more space for a month, so I waited, when the day of my appointment had arrived after a month, they did nothing to me, they told me to wait again and leave them my phone number. They were going to call if there was plenty of space and they never called.

Can never get an appointment over the phone or patient portal they are not good as preventing care since you have to tell them what you need to do as far as testing
The service here is so terrible and they are very racist. I went here for a physical and I was told to wait and waited 4 hours. Then they told me they don't do physical exams. Horrible service and they kept cursing me out in Spanish.
They take there time to give an appointment. And you have to call a thousand times just so they can pick up the phone.
Its bad that all i am reading is bad about this place if they keep it up they going to lose out
Been trying to get an appointment for 5 months and nothing calling every 1st Wednesday of every month just for them to tell me to try again next month.ridiculous
I really don’t know what happened to the great place this center used to be. It’s just to complicated to get an appointment and then whenever you get one the wait is just ridiculously. Unbelievably I went there because I was in pain I was supposedly prescribe medicine that was never send to my pharmacy. Call the center and was told I need to wait 72 hours! In pain before the doctor could do anything about my prescription. This is unacceptable very poor patients service.it’s sooooooo sad I really feel like they don’t care.
I get anxious every time I have to make an appointment there. Having health problems is enough to deal with plus feeling like there’s No one to ensure everything is going to be ok it’s just too much.
There really great with taking care.the dentist the best there he understood any condition and help my out the service girl or understood
When you call the line is always busy, and the calls are never answered. And when they answer to ask for an appointment, everything is by phone, they don't want to see the patient, this place is of no use.
Worst call center and appointment procedures in any facility. Staff don't care for the needs of the people. This place should stay in Delaware if that is how they are used to treating people. I'll rather refer people to other locations that are capable of treating them both intellectually and respecting them as people.
