The office has an excellent, very personalized service, the truth is that I feel like family when I visit María Rosario's office.
After I found that Allstate made an error in my deductible, I called an on-line agent and asked that the deductible be changed. Several months later I saw that the change had not been made. I emailed this agent several weeks ago and again asked that the deductible was changed. Today I found out that the change was still not made.
