Wish I could give it 10 stars nice people some of the best Mac and cheese I ever had maybe the best stopped thru in my truck I will be back next time I ride thru Pennsylvania

The bolognese was the best I’ve ever had. This place has never disappointed. But I cannot stress enough that the bolognese was an out of this world experience. And the tiramisu is to die for. One of my favorite places across the board.

Everyone here is so nice and understanding. The food is super good (some of its not to my taste but I know others would love it! Im just picky!) The dining room is quiet every time we come in, the chips are perfect (trust me!), and you can watch the sunset as you eat the best pasta youve ever had. 100/10,5 stars across the board, my fiance and I stop here every time we come to Dubiois!

Miss Maria's raviolis are sooooo absolutely exquisitely made and omg the taste just like being in Italy

Decent food in a cafeteria style restaurant with fast friendly service. The puttanesca was very good but the Bolognese not so much. It was good but more like a Pennsylvania Dutch style bolognese. The fresh made noodles are a nice touch. Meatballs were good.

This was my first time to Maria’s and got take out an I’m sitting here eating the Best Fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had.soo Good. I’ll be a customer always. Great place and I was early for pick up but the lady was still very nice and understanding.

This place is a little gem! I visited there for the first time today. I ordered the Autumn Pasta (it came with a salad too). The pasta and sauce were absolutely delicious and I will definitely go back. It's a drive through with a few tables inside and outside. I went through the drive through. I met Maria at the window and she and her new employee were very personable and gave great service! I will be going back!

I had the Autumn Pasta and loved it! I love that they have a seasonal menu so all the ingredients are so fresh and the food was so delicious. Everyone was so friendly. I would highly recommend!

Super nice owner! We ran in half an hour before closing. They turned up the heat for us because it was cold outside, so that was really sweet of her.
All three dishes were fantastic. Super fresh and the pasta was AMAZING. The pasta was so good and you can tell the homemade-ness of it. There is NOTHING I love more than homemade pasta, and if they were nearby we’d be fast regulars.
The tiramisu was SO CREAMY and so delicious. Not overly dunked or goopy. It was a not sharing dessert it was too good. The seasonal apple cheesecake was also perfect. The apples were so yummy and my picky daughter loved it! (Didn’t get pictures because we ate it too fast)

I am in the area on vacation at a lake house. I thought about passing this place up, let me just say if you have that same thought about passing it up do not. Me and friend decided to just stop and give it a try anyways. It's was soo gooooood. I was truly blown away, not only by the portion size, and the service, but also the quality. The food is amazing, my aunt owns a house in the area. Will definitely be recommending this place. I even met the Owner Maria while there. Very nice and respectful! Can't thank you guys enough for an amazing meal! (picture is chicken Alfredo and a side of their homemade potato chips.)

Excellent food. I have eaten both the meat ravioli and the shrimp scampi and both were delicious. The homemade chips were a pleasant surprise. The service was very friendly and helpful.

We stoped by after looking at the great reviews. The food was amazing including their fresh pasta. We stopped by on the way to New Jersey. Even the ice cream was yummy and fresh. Amazing service too! It is definitely worth it.

What a treasure. Fresh, homemade, delicious Italian (and Mediterranean) fare served in to go containers (takeout or dine in). As the name suggests, Maria makes her own pasta, and tops it with delicious traditional sauces. The salads are also really tasty. We travel this route from DC to upstate NY every summer, and Maria’s will now be a standard stop.

Small 4 table dinning room but the food is fantastic. Making fresh pasta in what used to be a Rita's is amazing. Fettuccine Alfredo was out of bounds and the Schnitzel Cuban sandwich is one of the best Cubans I have ever tasted. That's from someone who lived in South Florida for a while.

Amazing spot! Extremely tasty big portions of pizza and pasta, and we loved the tiramisu as well (the picture doesn’t do it justice), my brother didn't even let me try his!

We used Maria's Fresh Pasta for catering. Coming from out of town and being unfamiliar with MFP we weren't sure what to expect but we were very pleased with the results. Many guests gave compliments and asked where the food was from. Would definitely work with Mary again!

If you go for the food you will NOT be disappointed! Delicious, fresh and hot! Some may think a bit pricey. BUT this food does not come in a chain delivery truck! When I asked Maria if the cheesecake was homemade she said, EVERYTHING is homemade. Tasting is believing! Shrimp Scampi, Fettuccini Alfredo, Tiramisu, Turtle cheesecake!

Just Go! Excellent pasta made on site!

And the Ice Cream … what a treat! Everything site or local made. And Maria is an excellent and personable hostess and owner.
