The employees was really nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns I had.

I've been using this business for years. Melissa was amazing at helping me the other day, she knew some personal things that I had been financially burdened with (as many do) and after a few days I received an unexpected phone call, this phone call actually allowed some serious weight to be lifted off of my shoulders. Melissa worked for days to see if she could figure out a way to help me without adding extra stress or a larger payment to my schedule, without my asking, she just knew what I needed. I couldn't have walked out of there happier!

Everyone was friendly, they explained the process of getting financed. Initially I had some for or with follow up from one person in the office, but after that hiccup all was great!

Almost a year ago they promised me 10,000.2,000 upfront and 8,000 6 months later after seeing some "payment history. " 6 months came and went and was denied due to "needing more payment history. " TODAY, almost a year later they still deny me for needing a "longer payment history. " Glad it was such a small amount. I'll be very happy when it's gone. I would never recommend them. I guess unless they're willing to give you what you want upfront, the intial process was pretty painless.

I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous attention I received. Aaron Lange and his staff are very efficient and helpful. They explained all aspects thoroughly. I am a highly satisfied client.

Just obtained Dog Guard. Mariner made it possible by their terms which included 0% 90 day program. It was so easy to apply even My 90lb German Shepperd Mischa could do it. She gives Mariner 5 Woofs and 5 Paws.

At first I had no issues with this finance company. I paid my loan off in a timely manner, often paying more than the minimum due every month to get ahead - in order to pay it off early. I then waited for the payoff letter. When a letter did arrive after a lot of time had passed, it happened to not be at all what I expected. It was another bill with tacked on outrageous interest charges that were not explained to me when I began financing through them. The store where I made a purchase from did not explain the terms of the loan thoroughly. But the finance company could've at least sent a letter explaining the terms. Never will I deal with them (or the store) again.
