3They need to make $700/day to close. It used to be $200, but now it's $700. It wouldn't be like that if the lady running the shop the day I went in was the boss. I shouldn't know this information. It doesn't make for a great shopping experience/environment to hear a conversation like this between employees, but I couldn't avoid it because one of them was near the register and the other was in the back of the store. Very loud, inappropriate conversation. Awkward!
The owner and her associate didn’t even smile. They must be the angels of death. Beautiful vintage rings, BAD shopping experience and terrible customer service. And I am a jeweler so should have known better shopping with someone that isn’t a jeweler and isn’t GIA certified to rate diamonds. She didn’t offer papers of authentic either.
