10 Stars! Mark has serviced, reconditioned, repaired a half dozen Rolex watches for me over the last 10 years. Every watch functioned and looked impeccable. I now only have one Rolex and twice he has provided routine service for it. I tend to go a bit longer than I should on service, yet the outcome and cost value is well beyond what most would expect for the price. I will not trust anyone else based on quality of work, excellent turnaround time, the transparency of this evaluation, and extremely reasonable pricing.

2nd Watch - February 16th, 2022
From the day I mailed my West End Watch to the day I got it back, looking like just from the factory, was exactally three weeks to the day and this includes shipping both ways. My 30+ year old Westie looks brand new, polished crystal and bracelet and ticking away like just from the factory in Switzerland. I couldn't ask for a better watch repair team than Mark & his son.

I think my wife is harder on a wrist watch than I am. She wants a loose bracelet and therefore it flops around on her wrist and bangs into everything. She is a former University Professor of Home Economics so she certainly knows her way around the kitchen. She also knows how to bang into every thing in the room. And, her Rolex Data Just bangs right along with her.

Mark and son does far and above what about 99% of the people who call themselves "watch makers" would do on a COA. (Clean, oil and adjust). And, they do it for far less than what other people charge.

All I can really say is that this family team can't be beat and they do what they say should be done. Keep up the excellent work.
