Eric helped us navigate both the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new home and I will forever be grateful for his knowledge, kindness, expertise, and ability to navigate a challenging situation with the negotiation and purchase of my new home. No matter what time of day, Eric and/or Kathy were available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. I was consistently impressed with the kindness and knowledge of both Eric and Kathy. Do yourself a favor and work with this team if you’re buying or selling to make the process an enjoyable one.

Eric is by far the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. I called him on a Friday morning to schedule some viewings for us. By Saturday night, the offer on our dream home had been accepted. He helped us through every step of the process, which we previously knew nothing about. He was incredibly knowledgeable. As we toured through homes, he would point out defects or advantages that I never would have thought to look for. The house we purchased was actually not very close to his area, but he had no problem taking the long drive to help us whenever we needed it. He gave us plenty of extra tips and advice for a first time home buyer.

We have used other agents before that barely spoke to us unless it benefited them. Eric was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He treated the process as though he was buying a house for himself. I wish we could take him with us if we ever leave Pittsburgh. Bottom line: if you're moving to Pittsburgh, this place is the only agency you should be using.
