Great plumbers but the woman in the office are extremely rude and condescending, I won’t be using their services again.

We’ve had to use them a few times in the past and every time it has always been a frustrating experience. We called Saturday for a rental property of ours with a clogged tub drain and spoke to a guy who said they would and I quote “take care of it Monday”. We called Monday and the lady told us that it is a third party answering service on weekends and that they can’t make appointments for her. Instead of trying to fix the problem she was nasty with me and just wanted to argue about her answering service. I always give people in customer service more chances than I should because I did it for a very long time. Every experience we’ve had with them has been similar to this. Over it. Don’t use them. Also, the plumbers are always great, just dealing with her is a nightmare. Also also, called plumbing masters and explained what happened and they said they hear that all the time from customers about markles. They were super helpful and got us on a cancellation list to get to us as soon as they could. That’s all I was trying to ask of markles lady but couldn’t get 2 words in about it.

They sent a guy out to come give me a estimate and I was informed that he would pass along my information and get back to me with a quote never received a call back and when I called back the receptionist told me that he went back to the office and said he refuses to entertain my house with fixing the heating system and that I should find someone else which in other words meant me and my family could continue to freeze personal opinion is that because racist and unprofessional

Called in the morning about a clogged pipe. Came in same day, cleared it up and was very helpful. Will call them again for any other plumbing needs. Plumber was also very friendly.

We had two shower heads replaced, one leaked after installation from where the shower head attached to the neck. We called to get the issue resolved and were told that we were going to be charged 90 dollars for a service call. This is unacceptable no matter the issue. If the head was faulty it should have been caught after testing out thier work. We shouldn't be threatened with a charge because they didn't check their work.

Kristen is aggressive and untrustworthy. I will not be doing business with them again.

The idea is to book them before you have an emergency. Luckily, our pressure tank took its time about going. The office manager is very personable and was able to get us in in 2 weeks from what I called. You could buy pressure tanks at Lowe's but the Markles people make sure that everything is installed properly.

We used Markle’s in 2020 when our water pressure tank cracked and needed replaced. They came out in a timely manner, but didn’t have the correct size tank to replace ours so they had to go get the correct tank. We were charged labor for the hour they were gone getting the correct tank, but the job did get done so we were satisfied. Now, over a year later, we are having issues with our water pressure tank, so I called again (since they were the ones who replaced it) to have them take a look at it. I was told by the receptionist, Kristen, that someone would be out that same afternoon. About 3 hours later (after changing, feeding, and rocking my newborn) I was able to check my phone and noticed missed calls and voicemails from Markle’s. The first voicemail was left at 1: 34pm and the second voicemail left at 1: 48pm, both informing me that I needed to call back by 2: 00pm to have someone come out. I noticed these at 2: 08pm and called back immediately. I spoke to Kristen again, and was rudely told that she left voicemails telling me that I had to call by 2: 00pm and that she already sent the repairmen out to another call. I asked if they had any times available the next day and was told no appointments were available now until the following week - this all happened on a Monday. Needless to say I did not make an appointment with them and went with another company. Had I been told to expect a phone call I would have made a point to keep an eye on my phone. When I was told that someone would be out that afternoon, I was not aware that I needed to be watching my phone for a call as to when they would send someone. Would not recommend their services!

Had a minor leak in my gas line. Tech was great. Repaired the leak quickly, very professional and courteous. Gave me a first time gas user some useful tips on furnace maintenance. I will only do businesses from them from now on.

Called Markel's for assistance with our plumbing. They were very professional, and did thorough work. Would definitely recommend their services.

We were so thankful for Markle! They helped is when we were in a bind! In they came the same day and fixed the problem quickly. Don was professional, knowledgeable, and the prices were good.
We asked them to move a gas line two feet in our kitchen.

This was on a Sunday. Very professional walked me through what they were doing. Explained what I could do to make things better if I wanted to in the beat future. Will definitely use these people again.

This company will severely underquote you and find ways to charge outrageous fees without you knowing. They even lied in a reply to Business Consumer Alliance to maintain their $1000 repair bill? Especially during these times, If I can get one personfamily to avoid these crooks, then I'll accept my loss and be proud to have helped others.
