Marrazzzo's Landscape did a fantastic job on my yard. We have been using them for many years for Spring Cleanup/Weed Control/ Mulch. This year we needed some extra yard work done. The crew did an amazing job at an extremely reasonable price. Very happy!

I have been a customer of Marrazzo's since the 80s. Even though I moved away, I used them whenever I had the need for flowers. Unfortunately, my last experience with them is definitely my last. I ordered flowers for my father's funeral and wanted 2 arrangements to be red, white and blue, since my father was a WWII veteran. The others were to be white and blue. The day of the viewing we were disappointed to see that most of the hydrangeas were looking really wilted. I took pictures of a few to be able to show Marrazzo's later. Instead of the 2 white and blue arrangements, we received 1 with 2 different personalized ribbons in it.

I emailed Marrazzo's after the funeral to express my dissatisfaction in regards to the missing arrangement and with the wilted flowers and attached 2 pictures as an example. They quickly offered to reimburse me for the missing arrangement and the wilted flowers. What I didn't realize was they only reimbursed me for the flowers I took pictures of, which were 3. I emailed again and explained that I couldn't just remove the hydrangeas, as that would have left big gaps in the arrangement and that I was really disappointed in those arrangements. They did not reimburse me further and thought they were generous in the $18 credit for the dead flowers.

So if you are using them, remember to take pictures of any and ALL items you are unhappy with. Honestly, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I contracted with Mike and Marrazzo’s Manor Lane to install a new EP Henry patio around my new inground pool in 2017. One of the reasons I chose Mike was he offered me a 4-year warranty on his work. The patio was installed in a timely manner, and they met their deadlines from start to finish. Although there were some hiccups throughout the job, Mike met with my wife and I on a nightly basis to ensure we were satisfied with the progress. When we had issues, Mike was very quick to address them and never argued or pushed back. He listened and had his men correct all issues to our satisfaction. One of my concerns dealing with contractors is I found that they have plenty of promises at the time of the estimate, but do not follow-up, nor do they stand behind their work once completed. When Mike and his team left my house in 2017, we were very satisfied with the finished product, and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the job.

Recently, just about 4 years after the work was completed, I called Mike to address some issues where the pavers had settled, and water was pooling. I was curious to see if he would stand by his warranty, again one of my main reasons for choosing him. He came to my house promptly as promised, reviewed all the issues I had and told me he would have all of them addressed. There were no excuses or blame as to why the water was pooling, just that it would be addressed. He even picked out some issues that I was not concerned with and said they would be repaired as well. I found this so refreshing because I did expect to hear that this was not covered under his warranty because of the weight of snow or heat or some other excuse. There were no excuses, just that they would be taken care of ASAP.

I also had some cracked EP Henry caps that were covered by EP Henry’s warranty. Nancy, Mike’s wife, worked with me and the EP Henry representative to address the cracked caps and had new ones ordered. Mike had a worker at my home recently and addressed the pooling and other issues. With Covid and supply issues, the caps are on back order and Mike will be coming out to replace them once they are in stock.

My point, and the reason for this review is that I wanted to share what a pleasure it has been to work with someone that lives up to their word and backs their warranty with no excuses. I highly recommend Mike and Marrazzo’s Manor Lane for your hardscaping needs.

This is the best place for landscaping! Starting with Nancy Marrazzo who I have communicated with many times, she is such a big help with great ideas and answers all my questions promptly. Then the crew that comes out to do the work are some of the hardest working people I know. The flowers and plants are beautiful and healthy and last a very long time. I HIGHLY recommend Marrazzo's!

Nice arrangements, a mistake was made and they quickly made up for it. I definitely recommend them!

Not bad but a lot less selection than what they used to have at their old location on Yardley Morrisville Road.

They have recently moved from Pine Grove Road to 101 Makefield Road (both in Morrisville). In spite of driving from one end of Makefield Road to the other, I am unable to find it. Using a GPS it is shown at a currently (Jan, 2021) open and operating auto repair.

Was in there this morning to get replacement parts for a piece of equipment. Couldn't find anyone to assist me. Rang bell at desk multiple times & had the woman in the floral area page "Nate". No response at all. I was the only customer in the building & I did wait patiently for a time. Very disappointed because the place operated much better in the past. I have a dog named "Nate" & he responds much better than Marrazo's version.

A terrible bouquet of flowers were delivered to me from this florist. It was a gift from my sister to me on my birthday. The flowers died within 2 days of receiving. It was all fillers ugly mums and carnations, and 2 sunflowers the back wasn’t even don! When it should have had lillies, roses, some mums, and back eyed Susan’s. What an awful arraignment. The older gentleman dropped them off and it wasn’t even wrapped!

I sent an email requesting information about a repair for a Stihl leaf blower (which I purchased from them) and they never responded. Website said they would respong within one day and they didn't. Not good customer service and I went elsewhere where the service was much better.

Huge thank you today to Chris for replacing my Kwaza Cherry that didn’t survive the winter. I am thrilled with how happily and easily he made the exchange for me. I enjoy all the help he has given me this past year as I plant the gardens in my new home. The staff is knowledgeable, and always helpful

Nicely organized and clean, staff was NOT wearing masks? Was looking for a wreath, bad selection, did find something else though.

Marrazzo's did an AMAZING job creating absolutely breath-taking flowers for my wedding! They listened to my thoughts and ideas about the types and colors of flowers I envisioned for the big day, which allowed them to create floral masterpieces. Judy and Olga were very communicative with me about any questions they had leading up to the wedding itself. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly and began setting up everything. Overall, my experience with Marrazzo's was a beautiful one! I will certainly be using them again in the future for any floral needs.

I've only been here to have my power equipment serviced. They do good work. Prices are a bit on the high side but they're reliable and back up their work. I've dealt with the owner's son a lot and he's a good guy. I travel from Lawrenceville, NJ to Yardville, PA.so what's that tell you.
