Marriott Philadelphia West, West Conshohocken PA

We used the Marriott for our room block for our wedding. I would say the experience leading up to it was mediocre (okay but not great). We were led a few wrong directions at first since we had such a big wedding and were advised to book less rooms at first and lost out on some of our family and friends getting to be in the same hotel as us. In the end, everything did work out though. The rooms were clean and everything specific for our hotel stay was very organized. I did like the Marriott vibe for a big wedding. We had a brunch the next day which turned out perfect. The event staff was amazing. Again, a few bumps in the road but definitely turned out great which is all that really matters.

Wifi setup takes forever and requires creating a rewards account. Stop being obnoxious about internet access! People need internet when they travel!

Small, slightly damaged rooms. Cleaning service didn't turn over my room. Very expensive for what you get.

Edit* They also don't have functional mail service. Not much of a hotel.

I traveled often to this town for business/work purposes, which is my first time staying in this hotel. What a disappointment, especially from certain individuals at the front desk. This person (she) treats guests not the same. It comes down to how your dress code for the day is.

This is a really great hotel. I had stayed previously years ago when working. The location is excellent with easy access to the expressways and pa turnpike. Checkin and checkout was fast and efficient. The room was great. The staff were very helpful. We had the buffet breakfast in the resturant. The food was delicious and the staff attentive.

I was falsely charged $10.60 in parking fee even though I did not park my car. Please refund me.

Awful. It is at an intersection with a lot of traffic and train tracks. Even on high floors the noise from the street is horrible. The rooms are very large, but if you want to rest, avoid this hotel. The service was also quite poor and the buffet breakfast was very poor.

I wasn't to.pleased with the room. But the food and service of the hotel itself is pretty good.

From the moment I walked into the Marriott Philadelphia West, I felt welcome.
The front desk team is incredible- every person I interacted with was authentic and kind.
I must give a special shout out to Marlanea Tate, the front office supervisor. She went out of her way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. Her ability to make me feel so comfortable and welcome at this hotel was impressive. I travel a lot for work and I have not felt this level of care and welcoming from a team ever. I truly mean this.
Kudos of to the entire hotel team. (Also- the hotel is kept so clean! Very impressive!)
The next time I need to travel to Philadelphia, I will go out of my way to stay here.

I came to the hotel after a long long trip. I just wanted to sleep and recover. I asked for room service, and they said they DO NOT have room service on weekends. So disappointing. Even more when considering that before to make the reservation, I asked if they have room service, and they said "yes".

Had a great stay at this Marriott. Platinum Elite benefits were very much recognized with a solid breakfast buffet in the mornings. The gave us a high floor room with views of the river. A 10 minute walk to several restaurants with easy access to the highway. This a great place to stay for easy access to the Main Line.

Outstanding facility. Outstanding banquet for the Geo Clay 125 anniversary. Fire co. And facility both 1st rate! Congrats Geo Clay! Honored to be there for Beth's 20 year pin and life membership! And congrats to all of the others who were recognized!

I was stranded at the Philadelphia Airport American Airlines which originally said they would comp me a room, reneg at at 1245 am. I was left on my own to find a place. Connected to my Marriott Bonvoy account, a taxi fare later, arrived at 130 am every part of the stay first rate. Staff gracious, accommodation clean, crisp, welcoming. This place made a bad experience a calming experience. Thank you, will definitely stay again

Although it brought back pleasant memories of Thanksgiving buffets there in past years, the current menu in their Restaurant is quite limited and very expensive. Which explained why we were the only guests at Noon on a Sunday afternoon. A few more trickled in later. Service was fair. The atmosphere was quiet. The food was good. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Rooms are fine. Not much experience with service nowadays. Location is convenient on west side of bridge. That avoid the jam on the bridge. The lobby and restaurant need a TLC

The potato salad served at their corporate lunch buffet was probably the best I ever had. Please reach out as I need the recipe or vendor.

Very clean lobby, nice rooms, most staff were great (2 weren't) easy to get to with a bus. Good breakfast staff was great except one. House keeping were great, Maintenance was very helpful.

Unfortunately, the rooms are very small, missing basic amenities, and poorly furnished. For example: 1) No hooks or bars for hand towels 2) Only one lounge chair (does a second guest have to lie in bed to watch TV?) 3) Only one bedside table/lamp (maybe there should be one on each side of the bed so, you know, both guests could plug in their phones next to the bed!) and 4) There is a mini fridge free-standing against the wall (kinda like a dorm room - or maybe guests are supposed to sit on the fridge to watch TV?). The garage is dark and creepy - especially the lower levels which are vacant and you to drive through them to exit. The pool closes at 9pm (way too early) and what's going on with the whirlpool? The ends of the jets seem to be missing and the water/air just splashes up the sides. And last, the concierge lounge is a sorry excuse for, well, a lounge! Crowded seating, very small, and skimpy food. It's the worst concierge lounge I've ever been in. Overall, this is an underperforming Marriott. A little focus on guest comfort could change everything.

Think Marriott but in Philly. For the price, it’s a joke, but it’s better that the majority of hotels in the city still.

Great service and well located if you don't want to stay in Philadelphia. Conshohocken offers great dining options, and the King of Prussia mall is only ~15 minutes away!

Great location with underground parking, which made it easy to get your bags from the to the room.
