Terrible place. No conscience. Towed car parked in church lot while at church event

I am incredibly shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the Mars driver who was assigned to tow my car. His disrespectful and rude behavior was astonishing. He continuously used inappropriate language, snatched the title from my hand, and showed aggression towards me. Thankfully, his actions were captured on our ring cam

Terrible service from a someone who drives tow trucks, towed my car nobody answers the phone called the driver over 3 hours he drops my car off locks it does not tell anybody where he put the key. Dosent even put the vehicle in front of the correct home. I wouldn’t even flash my beacon if i seen this company on the road HORRENDOUS

Predatory towing company! Stay away. Called the police and guess what they said "what is Mars towing up to now" Cash only hmmmmm knowing it will take an extra day which adds $200.00 in storage. I personally could not work for a company so unethical.

I saw them towing from an apartment where children were playing and running, they were reckless, and in rush even break the pumper and the oil pan of the car they were towing, we called security and kicked them out. I think the driver was drunk

Great service, friendly employees, came to clean out some vehicles, get in and get out, five stars

Towing my car and charge me for it and i wasn’t wrong at all, anyway they was doing there job. 5 stars goes to the lady on the phone (black hair) she controls the situation.
