3Really pleased with the management and maintenance teams at Marshall House; they are super responsive. I've had a couple different maintenance issues, and for each one, the maintenance staff has been at my door immediately, the morning after I submit the request, every time. Really appreciate that!
It’s an average apartment complex but the maintenance team is one of the best parts about it. They respond quickly and they always do a great job!
Just to be clear I have lived here for
20 years. It was not bad in my apartment until the people who lived below me lived like animals. I got infested with roaches big time! Then
came the bed bugs from down stairs
and that was just horrific. They have sprayed my apartment so many times
I lost count, they get immune to the spray and it doesn’t work. They had to
spray for the bedbugs over 5 times.
THE MANAGEMENT KNEW IT THEY WERE COMING FROM DOWN STAIRS
AND DID NOTHING TO THERE APARTMENT. I say the last 8 years
There have been so many problems
it’s just too much to mention. Look at all the other reviews and take them
seriously. My rent has always been on time and paid in full. I wrote a review
and some how I couldn’t see it and now it was erased? JUST DO YOUR
RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING IN HERE
OR ANY OTHER PLACE. I almost moved out but it would have been too
expensive. Good luck!
