EDIT: After my initial review, they maintained contact regularly during the repair process. And did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied. I, once again, have my faith restored in Martin Moto. Everything came back great, clean and fixed!

I have purchased 2 bikes from Martin, and had all of my services performed here for years. But now they don't answer in the service department, they don't return calls, although I did get a text the following day. My bike has been in the shop now for 11 days, no phone calls, no updates, nothing. I finally got to talk to a live person 2 days ago that assured me he would get me the info and update me yesterday, nothing, they are closing soon today, closed the next 2 days, and still nothing. Why? Is this how loyal customers are treated now?

Great place to purchase a new or used motorcycle. Test rides are the norm here and very friendly and helpful staff. Bought my third and hopefully retirement ride, brand new Triumph Tiger 900GT Aragon!

I recently purchased my first motorcycle from Martin Moto. They have a wide variety of bikes available in their stock and they make the process very simple and easy. They delivered my bike at my door within a week.

Mike and the whole staff did an excellent job of finding my bike, keeping me in the loop of when it arrived and knocked it out of the park during delivery. Love my Honda! Thanks, Mike and crew!

Stopped in to look at their inventory since I was in the market for a new bike. Bought my fist bike from them 10 years ago and enjoyed the experience then. Got to talking with Tyler, one of their sales associates. After a great chat and a nice test ride I left with a deposit on a model I was extremely interested in. Short time later Tyler messaged me to say the bike was in and I could come test it out, showed up and left with it a few hours later. Everything about this place is amazing. The staff is super nice and well informed. The team loves motorcycles and it shows.

The buying the bike process is just as great as picking out a bike. They don't rush you out the door and explain everything so you don't feel lost or over your head.
This is one of the best places to shop for a bike in this area. Would highly recommend!

Shopped online thru Cycletrader. Found a bike on consignment at Martin Moto. Great communication with salesman Mike Stoudt. Answered all my questions and followed up appropriately without being overly aggressive. Once I decided to buy, Mike ensured a smooth and quick transaction process. Free delivery was a plus! Great experience with Martin Moto!

Mike was an excellent salesman who guided me towards a like new used model of the same bike as I was considering in a new model. Very happy with the purchase.

Called them about purchasing a new CRF300LS. Told them I was dead serious and not playing.

Guy…name started with a T …tells me to do the credit app. I do. He then states that someone else has to manually do it the next day and they will call me when they open at 9am. So, 9am comes and no call. I finally call around 930am or 10am and get told that my application is #3 and will receive a call by 11am to finish the app.

11am comes and no call. No nothing. So I decide to do one more search on CycleTrader to try and locate a 2023 CRF300LS.

Find one. It’s at Hanover Motorsports. I call to verify that it’s actually there and they say yes. I then ask to speak to someone about buying it and state that I’m very serious. I have a 844 credit score and enough in the bank to buy their entire inventory. So they get the finance guy and I do the app and BAM…I buy it!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MARTIN! ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A BUSINESS.

So… now that I have completed the purchase and scheduled a delivery date …. Martin decides to call me to tell me that the bike I tried to buy the night before has sold lol.

Waste of my time. Sad part is they don’t even care. I’m sure the owner would care if he understood the gravity of this loss and what was going to be purchased through his dealership but now has gone to another dealer due to the lack of concern and incompetency of his employees.

Customer service being "good" or "bad" can be very subjective, but blatant negligence is inarguable. While the sales team at Martin Moto is acceptable and eager to earn one's business, the service department's performance has me writing off the entire dealership. My 2023 Triumph was with their service team for a month for warranty repair of a failed gear position sensor mere weeks after buying it new. In fairness the time required for delivery of parts was well outside of their control, as is the build quality of Triumph's motorcycles. Though other's experiences may differ, communication was often arduous.

Unbeknownst to me at pick-up this past Saturday, my motorcycle’s reassembly was done incorrectly and the brake light was inoperable. For the sake of others' understanding, the parts that needed replacement are obstructed by the rear brake master-cylinder and accompanying components. Before I picked up the bike, it was test-ridden to check for completeness of repair. While riding the bike back home, more than once, following cars kept getting much closer to me than is safe as I slowed or came to a stop. At one point passed on my right by a Dodge Ram at a changing signal. I had not noticed until parking in my darkened garage that night that my brake light was "stuck on" and would not shut off. Motorcycles are already difficult for drivers to see and judge safe following-distance from on the best day, and my brake and tail light functioning incorrectly only made this much worse.

Besides being closed Sunday and Monday, it would be entirely unsafe to ride the bike back to Martin Moto. Not wanting to wait an unknown amount of time for them to pick it up and eventually repair, I investigated on my own. I traced the issue to the rear brake light switch by disconnecting it at its connector. The brake light immediately shut off, and then functioned correctly with the front brake lever being applied. Removing the entire rear switch from the bike but reconnecting its wires proved that it was still functional when operated by hand. At Martin Moto, the rear brake switch assembly was put back on the bike and tightened down, never adjusted to interface with the brake pedal correctly. The bike wouldn't even have to be "on" to know what's correct installation and what isn't.

I'm glad to not be surrendering my bike or my own time for another minute at Martin Moto. I feel bad for riders that don't have the same tools or know-how that I do and must place their trust fully in Martin Moto's service department. This entire situation could have ended tragically; even days or weeks later if the technician-induced malfunction wasn't noticed at all.

Triumph America has been made aware of this situation.
