Martin's has been taking care of our water system for 20 years - including annual maintenance. Having well water & living in farm country, it's so nice not to have to worry about the safety of our drinking water.

Good work and service, but I was quoted a $150 - $175 estimate over the phone for a rebuild and received a bill for $500 for the rebuild.

I chose Martin's mainly because of word of mouth recommendation. I have no doubt that most systems would deliver results, but the company has a wonderful reputation for delivering continually, even after the sale. When Loren came to test our water, he didn't disappoint. He gave us wonderful information, made a fair assessment of our needs and fixed our water pressure issue on the spot! He also noticed our water heater was possibly in poorer condition than we had realized. He did not pressure us in any way, but just let us know they could also help with that. We ended up getting the Kinetico Premier system and the water heater installed the very next week and couldn't be happier. I appreciated his vast knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. I also know we have a product backed by a company known for their service. Jeremiah, the technician who installed our products, was very respectful, did beautiful work and then before he left showed me some important things I should know. I highly recommend Martin Water Conditioning.

Martin's did a great job with recommending a water system for our home. From the initial sales consult with Darren who was knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions to the install the experience was great. Ryan our installer was very friendly and professional while in our home and made us feel very comfortable. He did a very clean install and took the time to explain things ahead of time as well as instructions & tips about operation afterwards. We've already noticed the difference in the first few days of having the system and are glad we chose Martin's and would highly recommend them. Thanks!

Great customer service & friendly staff! We got our system installed after a recommendation from my wife's grandmother. Todd Gates came to discuss the system and how it works and took the time to answer any questions I had about the new system as well as the system I already had installed. He didn't push his product, just left it up to us to decide. We got the system installed less than a week later. Yesterday (a month later), we had a courtesy follow up by the technician Tim Carroll. He was very polite and explained the minimal maintenance for the system (changing the filter, adding salt, etc.). I would definitely recommend Martin Water Conditioning for any soft water needs!

We were looking to revamp our treatment system. Two of our friends referred us to Martin Water so we gave them a call. Even though we're on the fringes of their service area we got first class treatment. Shannon (sales) came out, analyzed our old system, tested our water and gave us a quote for all new components. We went to one of their stores and looked at the components and got an education of how they function. We went with the quote and added a Spin Down pre-filter in addition to the traditional house filter. Ryan, the technician took out all the old system and did a very neat, compact and professional installation. He even replaced a failing fitting where the well line entered the house. I can't give a 5 star rating as we've only had the system a month so can't comment on reliability or maintenance services but so far it's a 5 and I give them a referral.

We reached out to Martin in need of a system for our newly built home. We were about to move in with a 2yo and a newborn and the well water report came back poorly. Martins assessed the situation quickly and communicated very well. They quoted the job and installed the system and I really couldn’t be happier. Their technicians were professional and timely and came with everything they needed to complete the job in one day. The explained the system function and my responsibility as the owner. Overall they worked at a very high level and I would absolutely recommend them for future work.
