Mark came to our house and gave us a quote on the system he proposed to meet our needs. He did a very thorough job explaining the equipment and installation process.
Ryan was our installation tech and he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and professional. Answered our questions before and during the process. At the completion of the installation he spent 30' explaining the system and how it should be used and maintained. We are very happy with our experience with this company.
We have a well and septic at our home. I was some what leery to a sales person coming to our home to discuss our water treatment. We obviously need some sort of filtration system due to the fact that our water is from a well. Mark Olweiler was the person who came to our home to inspect and test our current water levels. I am very into healthy eating and no chemicals in our home. I asked this man soooo many questions and he was so very kind and I honestly told him he was over qualified. He really knew is stuff. Thank you Mark for making us feel very comfortable spending way too much money to get the healthiest water in our home.
Very professional, helpful, and not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Could not recommend Martins enough. Ask for Loren!
