5Thanks so much to everyone at Martindale Propane! We were 2000+ from home with a bad regulator. I called in the morning, stopped by about 2 hours later and we were in & out in about 20 minutes with an installed replacement regulator and topped-off propane tank.
Excellent service. We were in the middle of an electric outage and they came out same day to refill my tank so the generator could keep running.
Great company to buy propane from. I have bought from Martindale Propane for 21years and they never left us down, they have good prices and good service. I call and they come out in a few days or sooner. But hey, treat them like you want to be treated, watch the tank and don't let it be an emergency.
I have been using Martindale for years. The service and price have always been outstanding. The folks are always a pleasure to deal with and the drivers are great!
You better hope to god one of there trucks never hits you because your screwed! They tried to settle it out of pocket when my husband got a estimate the guy came to look at the truck from the company and said stop tomorrow I will write you a check about two hours before he was going to pick the check up the guy renigged and said that was to much $800 for his propane truck side swiping the truck and denying the bumper. Claimed the dent on the bumper was prior and it matched up with a dent that was off to the right of a old dent. They wanted to give my husband $200. He refused of course said put it through the insurance and the guy was a total jerk about this. The insurance adjuster never called and my husband found out who the insurance which I might add the guy refused to give his insurance information which is against the law we found out! My husband kept trying to call this lady from the insurance it was a run around she never returned his calls to she was on vacation. A big joke! So now off to the lawyer that’s the advise our insurance gave us because there was a lot of bad protocol in this event! Would never do business with them and sure as hell wouldn’t recommend anybody work for them scums!
