Got a flat tire driving on the I90. Couldn't get a a tow until just about 5 when they closed, but they said get it in when you can, had tires in stock, and got new tires on the car! Really appreciate the help

Great staff, got all my tires changed, new ones balanced and mounted for a reasonable price. Work was completed in a timely manner and no hassle. They also get rid of your old tires. Definitely highly recommend them.

Not friendly on the phone. Remarks were smart when I asked about getting two tires on. Did not appreciate the sarcasm. Would not recommend.

On a road trip we got a hole in our tire and they managed to fix it in half an hour. Absolute Lifesavers!

I had my tires balanced - during the pandemic - and had a clean, efficient experience. They were able to get me in the day after I called, the man who helped me wore a mask, and my car was sprayed inside before returning it to me. Very fair price. I never had to enter the building - all of the business was conducted outside which made me feel safe!

I came in for two new front tires. Almost everyone that works there was either sick or on vacation. Which I figured I'd be there forever. But I wasn't! I give the dude working the front desk mad props. Considering that he knew nothing about running the front desk. Thank you Mark's Tires for yet again for great service. I think that man deserves a raise or at least employee of the month.

The only place in Erie county to buy tires and have your car serviced. I been doing business with them for over 20 years
